Come on Rav, hit the thing ffs. If Strauss can hit fours, Ravi should be hitting sixes. I swear he has a fear failure in ODi's, should just play his natural game!

Looks like Straussys out! Oh, maybe not, was doubt there I suppose.

That hole in the ground was huge.

England look to be going alright here, we are great in rain affected games.

Trott, piss off. Straussy can play OD cricket :D Englands 2nd six of the series, awesome shot. Just need Rav to get going now!

King Pietersen added 3 Minutes and 31 Seconds later...

There we go Ravi, awesome shot. What a player this guy's gonna be!

Oh. My. God. We like totally won that **** doo!

Strauss managed to hit a six down the ground. He hasn't done that since the Ashes!

Glad England :happy

What a brillant Strauss inning, he is a match winner ! Ravi Bopara should more attack sixes a often. Prior look good batman at No 3. Bring on Friday !!

Good win for England. Where are all the Strauss haters now. I know one innings doesn't make a batsman but he is doing well in the ODI series for a guy who hasn't played one in god knows how long.
If England had to chase 239 maybe we would have had a chance of defending it. Looking forward to the final ODI, hope the boys can pull out a victory.

Wht was that rabs?

Well for me I can only see this as an England Victory

say what :p

Friday is going to be quite special, that's for certain. Well done guys, we played well last night. Masca was excellent with the ball, Anderson did well too. Strauss led from the front with the bat with some good support from Ravi.

Credit where credit is due, England did really well today, especially considering the Indies got away to a good start.

That was a great knock from Strauss, he needs to play like that in the 50 over game. He can clearly up the pace when needed.

Yeh, I don't get why he bats differently in an ODi. If you can bat like that, then do it. With 20 overs of powerplays we'd have an immense score on the board if Strauss played like that every match. He's probably been England's best player in this ODi series unfortunately, has certainly proved me wrong. I like the idea of Prior at 3 as well, if England insist on playing him in the ODi side, then #3 could be a good option, allows KP to move back to 4, with Shah at 5.

Does anyone have any links for the presentation party of the fourth odi? Sky ran out of time to show the presentation, and i can't see it on sky sports wesbite.

Tbh I think Bopara was attacking enough. Sure it would've been nice to see some boundaries from him but he was attacking in the sense he kept going for runs. He kept getting quick singles and let Strauss smash them. He was attacking enough, and was stable enough to let Strauss do what he did.

Ravi needs to be told he's got a good run in the side I think. He's not looked "as" confident in the ODi game as he has in OD cricket for Essex. He showed a flash of it with that glorious six last night, he played a heck of alot of them last season, such a technically superb shot. I really do think Bopara could be the future of England cricket. He's still a young guy, he's showed his talents on the Test stage, and is starting to make an impression on the ODi game as well. He's going to be such a class player.
