Finally got him out, Broad deserved the wicket after the LBW that wasn't. Still, Sarwan is in now, Shiv in next...

and here he comes Shiv 'the selfish player' Chanderpaul:p! wonder if KP's words will have any effect!

Simmons should take a bat to Sarwan's , love the fact that Shiv comes in an manages to hit a few first ball, real hopeful now! Shiv is the prize wicket. I say give him some teeth-treatment.

With Sarwan gone I'd say England have pulled this back remarkably well. Desperately need to get Shiva out, but if we can do for Shiv then we could restrict them to around 240-250, which should be definitely chaseable, especially considering KP's going to score a ton ;) If KP doesn't score big, then Ravi'll do the business.

I reckon Masca can get a few here, his drop in pace now won't be a problem, Gayle gone. He might just find a little bit in this pitch, as he's at that speed where he can find it.

You realise, though, that Arthur has been in the job in SA for just under 4 years? Only in the last year have they been playing to their potential. I don't think the ECB, useless as they are, will wait 3 years for a coach to make his mark. Strange, that is, though, because Duncan Fletcher was in the job for 8 years and we weren't always brilliant.

2 and a half years to really get SA playing properly, that's not bad going at all. Certainly not when your prize pick would be Dav Whatmore. How you can justify picking Whatmore ahead of Arthur at the minute is beyond me. Arthur's turned a middle of the road South Africa side into a side challenging for the #1 Spot in both forms of the game. Yeh, sure he won a world cup with Sri Lanka, but that was 13 years ago. He also did nothing particularly special with Bangladesh, improved them, but not by a great deal, and a few one off victories against good sides isn't anywhere near comparable to what Arthur's done with South Africa. I'd love to see Mickey Arthur take over.

I'd pick Whatmore ahead of Flower though, I'll give ya that.

I said "but no Whatmore would do me". I don't want Whatmore because he may be able to pull minnows upwards but he will be like a rabbit in the headlights coaching a team like England who SHOULD be among the best, and whose fans expect them to be the best. I don't want Ford. I'd keep Flower on as batting coach - and tell him to work with Matt Prior on keeping too. Arthur would be worth a go, as long as he keeps quiet in the press. The British press would love anything he says. Don't want that taking away from the cricket.

Flower teaching Prior to catch probably isn't the wisest of ideas, batting yes, but not keeping, he was hardly the Brendon McCullum of his era. Get Alec Stewart in as Keeper coach.

KP vs Chanders. Let the battle commence. I'm guessing we won't see Shiv bowling when KP's batting though, he'll most probably be off the field, nursing some new injury ;)

Lol, Oh the irony.

Nah, KP's going to play a Yuvraj Singh-esque, sore back hundred.

126-4. Ramdin gone, nice shot Dinesh. Dimi picks up a wicket :D

Well done Masca, nice to see him get a wicket. I reckon we need to snap up Bravo in a few overs. Shiv is the key here, we know his credentials in these situations.

Why does it rain more in the West Indies than it does in England these days?

Nah, KP's going to play a Yuvraj Singh-esque, sore back hundred.

Only difference being that our Kev seems to have picked up a strain whereas Yuvraj is just a right fat bloater.
