How droll
Argh. 6 months ago, people were happy with the idea of just going with youth, safe in the knowledge that we're not gonna win it. Germany did it in the last tournament, they looked fresh and vibrant and will surely be stronger for it this time.
Meanwhile, in the next 6 months we're trying to work out how to coax someone who retired back into the England team? Move on guys, his time has passed, England messed up, we'll all just have to deal with that
I think Inter Milan when Italian football was big was probably in the same ballpark. I fully agree, one bad job in his decades of management. If anything it highlights how good he's been?
rubbish. A failure at one club overshadows his whole career because it means he can't handle pressure?
Liverpool fans never wanted or took to him. he had key players out of form coupled with off field shenanigans and the shadow of Daglish over him.
He never really stood a chance.
I'm sure Harry will take the job. It's a sad indictment of English football that he's the best available.
Spurs slump is also directly linked to the speculation imo.
i'm not so sure.
They created a lot against us 2nd half, should probably have beaten stoke and were playing well against united until they conceded. I didn't watch the arsenal game, but let's be honest losing at the emirates isn't exactly embarrassing
When they were on a run they were getting results without playing well at times and catching all the breaks/getting the run of the ball.I think people got carried away with their title chances. Now they aren't catching the breaks people are getting carried away in the opposite direction.
