Now the tour is over here are the full stats from the England Lions ODI and T20 series against Pakistan in the UAE if anyone's interested :

ODI
Batting
Billings has shown why he's a full England international and not just a player trying to break in. He has been very good in both formats. England are very fortunate to have 3 quality keeping options in limited overs cricket, and Billings may find himself in third place for a little while.
Dawid Malan will be the player whose reputation has enhanced the most on the tour. If you look at his Middlesex stats, he does well in all three formats. Hopefully this lions tour will put pressure on Whittaker and co to pick him. I'd actually like to see him in the test side.
James Vince had a dreadful time before Christmas, but has come back strong in the one dayers. I reckon he probably needed that in order to keep himself in the frame for a world t20 spot. He may be fighting over two places with Billings and Bairstow.
Liam Dawson looks to have really taken his game up a few levels. He hasn't got amazing batting stats, but he was coming in at the end of a lot of the innings' and finishing well.
The biggest disappointment of the tour has to be Tom Westley. His form was so bad at three, he was demoted to number seven today. Still didn't score anything. He will have gone way down the pecking order.
Bell-Drummond, Whiteley, Foakes and Clarke didn't get too many chances. But they're all young and they'll get their turn.
Bowling
I don't think any bowlers have come away from the tour being contenders to get into the world t20 squad, but there were some good performances. Tom Curran was with ought doubt the strongest seamer. Very economical in t20 cricket and taking wickets in one dayers. I wouldn't be surprised if he plays for England in one of the formats in 2016.
Jake Ball looked decent in spells, but was very expensive for a lot tour.
Craig Overton continued his pattern of form with Somerset. He has very impressive first class numbers, but always seems to be very expensive with the white ball. His brother Jamie looked good before injury ended his tour.
I think Roland-Jones has been confirmed as a good county pro but not an international bowler. I've watched him lots at lord's and I can't see him playing for England.
Dissapointingly, Stephen Parry wasn't given many opportunities in the tour. I don't know whether that was because of team balance or because he wasn't looking good in training, but his world t20 spot is under threat now- largely down to the fact that two batsmen did a very good job with the ball. Westley was tidy, but Liam Dawson had figures that any spinner would be pleased with.
The lions normally have one or two 4 day matches during the summer. I'd like to see the following team.
1. Alex Lees
2. Nick Browne
3. Dawid Malan
4. Sam Northeast
5. Jack Leaning
6. Sam Billings
7. Adil Rashid
8. David Willey
9. Tom Curran
10. James Harris
11. Jamie Overton
