Rosickys no where near a better player than Carrick, just because Carricks not banging all the goals or constantly winning 50/50's doesn't mean he's a worse player than those that do that. You just have to be able to take notice a bit more of what he does, plus watch carrick V Roma. Rosicky couldn't even dream of playing like that no matter how well he's playing. As for Hargreaves I'll wait to see how he copes in a full season after a broken leg and only a few games

Rosicky is quicker and more creative. He has the capability to play better than Carrick comfortably. Again, we are comparing very different players.

Rosicky can't consistently hold down a plae in a mediocre Arsenal side, theres no comparison between them. Carrick is a different class to Rosicky. Players like him never get enough recognition from fans like you

yeah Rosicky can dream beyond what Carrick did vs Roma
What a place in the UEFA cup qualifying stage in 2009?:p

Ok, so Rosicky is more attacking than Carrick, would you rather have Scholes or Rosicky, again easy answer.

Fans like me?

I think Carrick is a class player but he is a different type of player to Rosicky

Our side isn't mediocre and who said he couldn't hold down a place? He was injured for part of the season. Other than that, he was in the firs team.

Rosicky is younger and hasn't even peaked yet. I would prefer Rosicky unless we're talking about Scholes a few years ago. But, I would never choose a Man U player over a gunner. Never

Guys I think you're beeing a wee bit harsh on Arsenal, as much as I hate them, its not like there an average mid table club, theres making 4th place pretty comfortabely and consistently.

Forget all Ronaldo's trickery, Scholes one of our 2 or 3 best players last season, he's a football genius and we missed him so much 2 seasons ago, as much as you missed Henry. He'd be a miss to any side.

yes fans like you, people who think a player who did nothing last season is better than 1 who came into a side, receieved recognition from everyone at the club and more people. the kind of fans who thought Rooney did nothing last year and the kind of fans who would take Rosicky, a player who's done nothing over Paul Scholes. Paul Scholes. Seriously? Carrick was our only signing. United without Carrick=2nd, United with Carrick= champions.

Mybe mediocre was harsh lol but in comparison to united and chelsea when you look at the points you were mediocre in a lot of aspects.

Scholes is like a mixture between Keane and Bergkamp (not as good as Bergkamp ;))

When did I say he was better? I said he could play much better than Carrick easily. Why would I choose a Man U player over an Arsenal player?

He has the capabilty to play better than Carrick easily is basically saying the same thing. By saying easily then you are obviously saying he's better because you're saying there wouldn't even be a challenge for him to play better than him.He obviosuly can't play better than Carrick easily or he would have done. You would choose a united player over an Arse player if the united was better. It's got nothing to do with a club loyalty. I would Fabregas over Fletcher, i fail to see why you can't bring yourself to do that.

I'm saying he has enough talent to do that. Carrick isn't up there with Kaka, Ronaldinho, etc

It depends who is going out and coming in

Yep mediocre might have been slightly harsh, however they wont win the Premiership again unless they improve their form against the smaller sides. They only lost once in 6 games to the other 3 top sides last year, however they still came fourth, that says something really.

Isn't that the kindest problem you could have? I'm not saying we'll easily overcome it but struggling against smaller teams isn't the most difficult problem to tackle
