Because he got to spend years sat on the Man U bench, no need to spend even more time sat on the England bench.

Being an Italian or Spaniard keeper over the last 10 years must have been a miserable affair.

Well that's the thing, i reckon he is good enough to challenge hart much stronger than anyone has had to challenge buffon or casillas in the last decade.

As impressive as ruddy & forster have looked @ norwich & celtic - imo foster is just that bit better.

That's still better than last season. Give him some time.

This holds good only if we fare well in the Europa League.

Finishing 7th in the Prem with no trophies < Finishing 8th in the Prem + League Cup trophy + FA Cup runners-up medal (atleast we qualify for the Europa League in this case).

Regarding those tweets, excellent on Agger - takes a man to admit his shortcomings. In stark contrast, this was Shelvey's response to the stick he got yesterday. What a clown.

Btw, I do rate Brendan Rodgers more than the Dalglish of last year. The latter spent gazillions on average players and finished 8th in the league. Just saying this season can't really be considered a 'progress' if my above my points aren't achieved.

It's more about how he's constantly in denial and says he's been made a "scapegoat" since our 3-1 defeat at Stoke, when he was quite clearly the worst player on the pitch. Also he doesn't seem to appreciate the fact that Henderson's played a lot better than him this season and rightly starts over him.

He personally has nothing to show for, in the league either, with only a wrongly gifted goal at West Ham off his eight league starts (same as Henderson) - when it was a blatant James Collins own goal.

Minnow bashing a couple of Europa League sides is all he's ever done this season. Keep fighting instead of whining, Jonjo!

Well it's not exactly all his fault is it? Your defence keeps leaking goals, your keeper has been having a mare and your team hasn't scored goals when Sturridge doesn't play...

But yeah, blame the U21 midfielder :p

Can you believe that? Brentford score a perfectly good goal, and the referee pulls it back to give them a freekick!

He didn't pull it back as such. he blew the whistle straight away. Bad refereeing for sure, but you phrase it as if he did it deliberately.

This.

I feel that Wenger's time at Arsenal is over. His later years at Monaco prove this really. Arsenal are gradually declining over the years.

More over the last 3-4 years.

So it's been just over a month since he arrived, and we literally don't turn up when he isn't starting. :D

What are you on about? Sturridge didn't feature against West Brom (injured), Zenit (cup-tied) and Man United in the first half - and we produced some of our worst outings on the field then.
