How rubbish, i thought i was going to OT and we had a home game but it turned out we were away which meant i ended up going all the way to Manchester then driving back to Villa again, still it was a quality game and we look like we're getting back to our best again, shame we conceded but that just shows how important Vida is. I guess nows the real test for Arsenal and obviously when the African nations is on, which will allow Liverpool and united an advantage.

Actually i said it once and i was reffering to these games coming up but i thought Bolton would prove more of a threat than they have done. I personally didn't drive to manchester but it did take 3 hours, bad traffic on a friday night. How is there no parking at Arsenal, its meant to be brand new, posh and brilliant. I don't like getting trains because theres a chance i'll end up with the away fans.

Because it's in London! The only places you can park in London either a) Cost as much as your car is worth or b) The sort of place where your car won't be there when you get back. There is secret option c, but that requires you to park on some backstreet about 1hr away from your destination at around 4am

As far as I know, there is no mega-parking structure It's in too busy a place to have one. Even if there was, if we don't find a space, there would be no-where to park the car.

You have said 'the real test for Arsenal' at least 4 times

I might hvae reffered to these 2 games being important but maybe its because they are. I doubt its 4 anyway :p Maybe its because i keep wating for you to slip up and you haven't looked like its possible so these games are finally a chance for it. I'd have thought given the fact it was made for rich posh fans now they would have some giant car park nex to it thats about 20 storeys.

It's not made for rich posh fans :p

That's Stamford Bridge dan in Wes' Landan

I'll love, i'll love it when we beat them.

Seriously, if we beat Manure and Liverpool (which we definitely can), people will begin taking us seriously. Even if we don't beat them, Manure and Pool lost to us last season and still finished above us.

Liverpool-Arsenal this weekend. Let us cast our thoughts and memories back to last season shall we, a trip down memory lane for our dear scouse fans :)

Liverpool 1 - 3 Arsenal
Liverpool 3 - 6 Arsenal
Arsenal 3 - 0 Liverpool
Liverpool 4 - 1 Arsenal

Okay so they beat us there 4-1 in the league, but we beat them by the same margin at home earlier, plus we scored 10 at Anfield last season :) Obviously things have changed since then, the sides will lineup differently, but Anfield more often than not brings out the best in the mighty Gunners, and come Sunday, I expect to be celebrating another fine Arsenal victory!

Especially with the corresponding form of the 2 teams. Gerrard is always a major threat but if Torres isn't fit, we should definitely win.

Going again this weekend :D Might be getting to the stage where I can be considered a respectable fan ;) got tickets off friends in the corporate bit again though so it means no atmosphere. Anway I'll be off till saturday night/sunday.

I guess this song will be apt for me to sing for the next 3 hours in the car:
Take me home,
United Road,
To the place I belong,
To Old Trafford,
To see United,
Take me home, United Road
:)

Following on from Joe's verse:

Then the Nou Camp in 1999,
Sir Matt Busby's Birthday
It was party time!

Take me home,
United Road,
To the place I belong,
To Old Trafford,
To see United,
Take me home, United Road

I watch the reds
I feel the noise
The crowd is roaring
the Stretford End is singing
and the fans are going wild
and when I see I should have been home yesterday, yesterday...

Take Me Home...

I'll see you there on Saturday Joe:p.

Anyway, my local side are on Setanta tonight! Stalybridge Celtic in the Setanta Shield at the mighty Bower Fold! It showed all the local landmarks and made reference to our nickname of Vegas at the start of the show, with the song "Viva Las Vegas". For any of you unfamiliar with Stalybridge:p, our nickname is Stalyvegas!
