I like this team, but I think Aguero should be in ahead o Big Sturridge though. Aguero like Ramsey, although they had injured ravaged seasons, looked so lethal when they did play.
If Aguero played full season, he might have scored a similar amount of goals to Suarez & Man City might have won the league earlier. If Ramsey was fit, Arsenal who spent the most days leading the league this year, might have been 2nd at least.

An u-23 league would be of little to no use. No club picks their player based on an u-21 match. At least the "b" teams' matches would have a competitive atmosphere since they play against professionals.
So why wouldn't a proposer Under 23 league match have a competitive atmosphere.
It has worked wonders at Spain and Germany , when it comes to producing quality players , and why can't it happen in England as well? The attendances are a valid argument , but the positives outweigh the negatives , IMHO.
Based on the points raised by Gabrielle Marcotti & Martin Samuel - the B league system doesn't seem to work that perfect in Germany & Spain.
One point that already makes the idea a bit messy is the meddling of the English league pyramid strucuture, which is unique to the country. I am my family & friends during school know about going to champions, league 1 & 2 games with Macclesfield Town, Preston North End, Blackpool & that has its uniqueness - don't want to mess with that.
I do think however, that this "B" League idea is strange proposal a bit, simply because the premier league only recently implemented that the "Elite Player Performance" system which would target the best young English players.
Plus the commission finding were stats based on last season, this season a fair amount of English players have gotten game time.
