Actually it's not about finance exactly.(For example Kochi is a financially strong city)

There are lot number of places in India where cricket is played seriously but still haven't established well. Some places lack finance.

To motivate those places we've selected 10 cities.(With Ranji performances and stadium facilities in mind)
