Forgot to add them to the English player list but yeah, you can try bagging them as Englishmen during the mini-draft. I'll start that as soon as @Simon and @Umair2000 make up their minds regarding their squads.

If you pick 'em as Englishmen, they play as Englishmen. The lineup rule's been slightly changed with the journeymen continentals gone. Now it's 6 locals, at least 1 English/Welshman and the rest is up to the manager.

So, both Pettini and Palladino can be fitted into the same lineup even if you select them as English players.
