Trading window opens

The trading window has been declared open till the conclusion of the warm-up matches. Managers can make as many free agent/formal trades they want during this period. As is the obvious, local players can only be traded in/out for other local players and its likewise for European/Overseas continentals, English/Welsh and overseas players. Only the players in the Europa Cup player list will be considered valid for selection.

Can I bring in Steffan Piolet for Bryce McGain, please?

Hmmm... Looking at a team along the lines of:

Michael Di Venuto
Michael Klinger :c:
Mark Pettini
Simon Katich
Moises Henriques :bwl:
Gareth Berg :bwl:
Freddie Klokker :wk:
Ben Stevens :bwl:
Ollie Rayner :bwl:
Steffan Piolet :bwl:
Amjad Khan :bwl:

But that line-up will probably change a bit through the course of the season

Yeah he's a Norwegian descent.

(1) Paul Stirling
(2) Stuart Poynter
(3) James Taylor
(4) Jacques Kallis
(5) Jeremy Bray
(6) Glenn Maxwell
(7) Alex Cusack
(8) Boyd Rankin
(9) Simon Jones
(10) Peter Connell
(11) George Dockrell

Looks good unless someone under-performs. I would not mind having a local batter as a replacement for James Taylor or Jeremy Bray there, one of them might lose their forms so I could play Bopara this way.

FA trade: Andrew Riddles out, James Shannon in.

:thumbs
