It's a good idea, but slightly flawed, Maney2k9 qualified last but ended up finishing 2nd. Unless every other car had a major mechanical flaw, there is no way he could make up 22 places? And then vice versa with hMarka who qualified 2nd but came last.

But yeah, didn't expect me and hMarka to finish so low. O.O That's a bit too random.

sorry about that, i'm currently not on my home computer, so I'll have a look at it when I get home.

@Everyone else,

I know that the idea is slightly flawed, i think for the next race, i might change things slightly.

so for every place you are behind the pole sitter, you automatically have 5 seconds added on to your time. I feel this will make it even more important to get on pole, and will stop random results like the ones we just saw.

By the way, this is being run using Random.org, which is why the results were random.

Wouldn't that make the qualifications all the more important? So, if I take the example of last race, I was something like 20th in Qualification.. I would be 20 seconds behind the leader?! No chance of coming in the top 10, leave alone winning man.

i'm trying to keep this as real as possible, even if it is being run using a random engine.
