I wouldn't say 5 seconds, cut it down a little. Drivers can often make it from the back up into the top 10, there just needs to be percentages. I suggest you try and think through scenarios and set up percentages for these sort of things happening. Also maybe do a little bit of testing first.

It really isn't very time consuming, takes maybe 5 minutes every 24 hours?
