You are setting up your starting grid position if I understand your question correctly. Also why the fudge is your Lotus more than a second faster than my Lotus? Are the management treating you differently? I wont stand for this you know.....

If you guys wanna do something a lot more pro active, you should sign up to the F1 Batracer game we are gonna do. It involves you trying to find a good car set up and then getting the right tactics.

yeah, Batracer is more user involved, this is a bit like owning a team in a football manager league, where the person who runs the league is doing it all.

that's why i introduced the post incentive rule, to try and keep people involved.
