Zambrotta has ended up in Barcelona and Cannavaro and Emerson in Real.Seems doubtful if any of these Italian players will end up in the EPL as their style probably doesnt suit the league.

EDIT:Torres might well end up in Inter Milan.

Drogba also has big potential, if he improved his finishing to a high standard he'd be lethal.

Well,FAIR ENOUGH! Yes Drogba is a quality player,and i just can't believe he can't get his show together with such a great midfield behind him.

I disagree and would like to know what makes you think that. Yes, he isnt playing for a top level club (here I mean a club that is playing in the CL), but that does not mean he cant perform in top level football. He has done well for Spain, and has donethe same for Atletico even against the top Spanish teams.

Like Ritwik said, you have to be good to be getting offers of ?20-25M. (And Chelsea not being one of them)

Or you have to be good looking and show just a little talent(Not that i'm saying Torres is anything like this).

I'm not saying he's not good, he's very good, he's just not 'Hot' as someone put it.

He has alot of potential, he just doesn't seem to me to have the mentality or enthusiasm, David Villa is a much better prospect.

Xabi Alonso should be playing in Spain. He is just what Real needs as well, a good holding midfielder with the ability to score goals, and provide through balls and passes.

Luis Garcia is also being linked with a move back to Spain.

I have a feeling though that Xabi will be staying here.He seems very suited to the EPL and is really happy at Liverpool.I doubt if he'll actually move.

I always like Xabi and Luis Garcia. Those guys recommended Everton to Arteta. Other than that down with El POole. Let them go to Real.

Yes I agree but the reason why they are happy there is because of Rafa. Xabi did well at Sociedad as well.
