Football Transfers Thread

No way Soldado is going so cheap, there'll be a good bidding war for him.

Wouldn't want Soldado, we need a pacey striker. Someone with more of a brain than Gervinho and someone who can play with their back to goal better than Walcott.

8 million is a good price though and if it's true other teams should be all over it.

There's no way Valencia would sell their captain for 8 million, they paid more than that to get Soldado in first place.

Lewandowski would be a brilliant buy for Arsenal, but he's just a pipe dream unfortunately.

Valencia are facing financial problem[could be the same case like cazorla],but price around 15-16 million would be reasonable.

11-13.5 million mark my words , if he gets sold . :)

He said he'd like to play for Arsenal one day, consider age, plus Arsenal bidding problems the price tag is reasonable :)

Valencia have faced this financial problem for ages and if they miss out on the Champions League, that's going to worsen, ideally that would be the situation where they would sell Soldado.

The Malaga situation was quite different from Valencia though.

They've been very badly managed by their hierarchy, (as have a lot of Spanish teams) Emery did a very good job making sure that they had a lock on 3rd place, so it'll be interesting to see where they end up this season and what the consequences will be in terms of selling their best players.

Not so attractive football and they hoped for a Pochettino type of success bringing back a former player, needless to say that it went horribly wrong.

Torres plays down Atletcio links

Torrest played it down?Ballz , this is the same type of thing that happened last season as well . Towards the end of the season he gets some magical power & starts scoring all of a sudden & when the next season starts he misses again . So IMO Chelsea should sell him . :)

Interesting to see some of the clubs and their supporters preferring this "attractive" brand of football over results nowadays. Olympiacos fired their manager earlier this season for their negative brand of football, that led to a crashing in matchday revenues for the club, in spite of him having them 10 points clear at the top after 17 games: W14 D3 L0

Yeah right , Torres said that returning to Atletico is not a reality even though Torres likes Atletico but the thing is the same . I wonder that the combination of Falcao and Torres will be deadly or Torres thinks that Chelsea's his future .

I remember last season , he hit a hattrick against QPR & our local newspaper read "Guess Who's Back?" , as I mentioned . Torres will definitely do good at Madrid .
They also might buy him as a trade with Chelsea or Falcao .
Something like this is reasonable :-

Torres<------>Falcao + 30 million .

Arsenal don't need an expensive center-back in reality.
