Coming back to CFC's LB needs, I do not understand why we would buy Ricardo Rodriguez when we have an equally good/better option in Pat van Aanholt. Both are very similar in terms of play, with RR having an advantage only at set pieces. I would be happy if we had Pat and Azpi as our full backs against inferior teams, and Brana and Azpi against equal/superior teams.

Great deal for Newcastle. But, I am more impressed by Cabella's teammate, Benjamin Stambouli. Dont think he is that famous, so he wont cost more than 5M but he is pretty good and he is young as well.

I'm also going to start a new one, probably in the first week or so of the world cup. after the world cup I'd like to get some input from you guys about what could be done to organise this forum a bit better. having 6 or 7 stickied threads that are years old and contain thousands of posts isn't really ideal.

Almost every Monaco player is "reportedly" unsettled. Not enough money, I guess? However, if he does become available, I want CFC to get him. He is better than all of our attacking midfielders/wingers except for Hazard and will become better than Hazard for sure.
