in all honesty, I think he's a better player than you gave him credit for, he's quite versatile.

the problem is his brain, he goes to sleep or over-thinks things, if someone could focus him he'd be pretty good.

Fair enough, but I think it is quite obvious I have something against Man Utd so I can't really help it:p.

We'll see how he does, wouldn't be surprised if he gets a goal on debut. He'll be useful against the big teams like Man City at least where he can use his pace.

Personally, I'm sad to see Welbeck go. He's a local lad who clearly cares about the club, so it's always sad when that doesn't work out. But I think the difference between him and say Cleverly, is that Welbeck has plenty of ability there. Sure, he's a bit inconsistent with his finishing, but he does brilliantly in build up play, dropping off the front, which you imagine would suit Arsenal with their wide players getting ahead of him.

Obviously he's not as good as Rooney or van Persie, or indeed Falcao now, so he wouldn't be making the first choice line up, but he brought us a different dimension and I think a lot of United fans will miss him. Would much rather have cashed in on Hernandez and just left Welbeck on loan for a year.

And a couple defensive signings in the Villareal center back Muscahhio? (Don't know if we want him or not)
And possibly keep on chasing Reus. Till a team like Chelsea or Tottenham steal him.

His injury worries has put his future with United in a doubt, it'll take a miracle for him to turn out a great striker like he was in his Madrid days.

Exactly. Playing in Monaco forced his goal scoring instinct to turn out to be an injury one. What a loss of a great player. You can't really expect someone like Falcao to have a rise at United, they have an awful lot of strikers and aggressive players like Di Maria and the poor mid field party to ruin whatever Falcao tries to make on. Should have never left Atletico.
