Fabregas isn't better than Rooney. Fabregas didn't score a Premiership goal till March this year. He's got a good pass on him, but Rooney has a mighty shot on him. Rooney showed on Saturday that he can dribble past a player with ease.
And a ver poor one!Christ!I just can't believe such a big team would have Kuyt,Bellamy and Crouch as their strike force! Newcastle has a better strike force!!!!
He can tap the ball in. Admittedly he's not the most composed of strikers but you are going way too far by saying that. Composure will come with experience, last year Ronaldos end product was awful half the time but now look at him. When have you ever heard Wayne Rooney call himself a striker? He plays where the manager tells him which half the time is out on the left.Yeah and thats why he is so amazing that he cant even tap the ball in sometimes and calls himself a striker...
Sachin now you're just being an idiot. You talk about Rooney being overhyped,Fabregas has barely scored all year. They are 2 very different players so you shouldn't compare them but Rooneys done far more in his career than Fabregas.
How old was Sidwell when he played for you? 20?:
He gives the ball away far too much. He has the very, very odd game where he scores a goal and does OK, but seriously, he is awful.

My point was that as a strike 'FORCE',they aren't the best we've seen...Bellamy and Crouch I have my doubts but Kuyt has been a great signing for them.
Fab isn't a striker...But yes,he doesn't score enough.That still doesn't change my view.Rooney is completely overhyped.
Yeah I'll agree he is very influential in your midfield. However, I think you should give more credit to Gilberto, not got all the talent of Fabregas but does a very good job when playing in your midfield. With easeYou mean crash through aweful defending...: I don't say that he isn't talented, but Fabregas runs our midfield, and at nineteen(Even though not a 'sensational' player) he is one of the top young players in the
world. He doesn't get as much credit, because he isn't an english thug or a diving portugese.Ohh,and he doesn't play for the 'champions'...
Doesn't mean hes worse than fabregas though, Rooneys going through a bad spell,so was Ronaldo for the 3 years before this yet look at him now,one of the best in the world and still got bags of potential. Roonys the same age he was a year ago too. If Rooney starts getting played in position every week, you'll see him come good. He's stillscored 23 goals and most of those came whilst h was being played wide on the left,as Giggs' career comes to an end he will be able to play more centrally though, I think part of it is Fergie does't want him too get in the way of Scholes because they play a similar style game. Plus Rooney played better when he had a bad temper
