General Cricket Discussion

Nepal hammered Netherlands in the tri-series final. Really happy for them.

They might have been missing a couple of bigger names, but considering Netherlands are in the ODI Super League it shows how strong the game is at the associate level. Even Malaysia tied with Netherlands in one match and gave them a close game in the another.

Dhoni accepted being caught out, he certainly held Lara in high esteem. Dravid the captain then declares the inns, quelling any potential disagreements. Lara would have been confident in Dhoni acceptance as well before approaching the issue and had faith in Ganga to cleanly catch the ball.

Sad to see the Indian players of today with brashness and showmanship in everything.
.

I actually like Laxman the most of the fab five his wrist movements were a beauty to watch.

Tendulkar was a selfish and dishonest cricketer who never was a team player and indeed played for records only. Still he was unable to score a triple century, he failed miserably.

Hate such a strong word. Wether or not I hate Sachin is beside the point. Facts are facts and they all point to Virat being the best batsman India has ever produced. You need to accept that Sachin was no god of cricket and you need to move on.

Dravid was better than Sachin.

Sehwag was better than Sachin.

At this point there is either something very wrong with the way you think or you're just trolling. A point in favour of the former is your obsession and worship of Kohli given that he is half the reason for the Indian players of today being brash or indulging in showmanship. A point in favour of the latter is your obsession with just posting about India or it's fans (are you really a Pakistani fan? I don't ever recall you posting in any Pakistani match threads or showing interest in their current state. Still think you're a disgruntled Indian fan who is self loathing for the sake of internet attention) in mostly negative ways. There are multiple ways to engage here and every post of yours, however irrelevant it is to the state of Indian cricket has to include it. Just why?

Or you could be both, there's certainly room for that.

Kushal Bhurtel was on absolute fire. Hope he gets a gig in a T20 league very soon.

Michael you always overthink things. I am a fan of all cricket teams, atleast the major test playing nations, nothings against the Associate teams but I haven't followed their games in the past.

I’ll say this though Sehwag does not get the praise he deserves, the guy revolutionised Indian test cricket batting at the top.

Did anyone catch this news ?

Smashing the bowlers and made a legend like Vettori look really average. That's the class of Tendulkar!!! No doubt why most of the people who have watched him bat have said that he is the greatest after Sir Donald Bradman. Infact Sir Don himself had said that Tendulkar was like the shadow of his when he batted.
