That's the cricket committee, that's what they do. They've suggested lots of things which haven't been implemented.

Yeah , the final decision on the UDRS comes out next month . Hopefully , the England-India series is played with the referral system in place .

I doubt it. Unless they include Hotspot and Snicko they wont get the nod from BCCI to use it. BCCI to oppose ICC panel's recommendation on UDRS

Yeah, but it was more like Australia didn't want him so we get him lol. Im not complaining though, it would have been sad to see him go as Southee has prospered so quickly with him as coach. I don't know why the heck the Aussies would turn him down though..

Yeah thats what I was thinking, but you'd have to be crazy to turn down Donald, oh well. Hopefully he'll get the chance to work with some younger bowlers like Milne, Bracewell etc. also.

Yeah I agree, they could also do a highlights programme at the end of the week showing all the championship highlights. That way people can watch highlights as I'm fed up of watching poor quality 2 min long highlights on surrey tv.

We also have Bond working with some of the younger ones which'll be really helpful

Although the obvious reaction is the bash the corrupt BCCI cronies. I think the ICC should pay for the DRS though, since even if the ICC where truly independent with real power - i still think its a bit harsh to ask the member boards & broadcasters to foot the bill for this technology. ICC should fund 70-80% of the cost if not all.
