hey how do you get ball by ball commentry i am only able to get scorecard.
Also advice me about how should i improve my squad.

To get ball by ball commentary after the match you have to have membership. You pay a small fee for other stuff as well.

Get someone else who is online during your game to save the commentary.

Also having more than 3 batting or bowling nets on the same player is useles...

so is having 2 fielding nets on the guy...

battign also depends on concentration and stamina
Bowling also depends on consistency and stamina

train only those below 20...

and many would contradict me here but maybe not and its a great tip for newbies...

next season... train 17 year olds with respectable primary and competant stamina and concentration... if you cant get hold of a respectable primary, go for a competant... never train mediocres...

If trainign a batsman, give him 2*bat, 1*stam, 1*field
If he happens to have a good keeping skill, give him 2*bat, 1*stam, 1*wk
If he is a bowler train him on, 2*bowl, 1*stam, 1*field...
If an allrounder...
a) Pure all rounder [both primaries are respectable]: 2*bat, 2*bowl, 1*stam, 1*field,
b) Bowling all rounder [bowling is respectable]: 1*bat, 2*bowl, 1*stam, 1*field
c) Batting all rounder [batting is respectable]: 2*bat, 1*bowl, 1*stam , 1*field

Basically dont train all rounders if below mediocre... train them on their best primary and let the other remain as it is... he will turn out to be a lower order batsman...

Considering the current leagues and divisions... dont buy Mediocres anymore even if you get them for 1k... Buy players when you need them and if you feel their presence will improve the team above your opponent...

Appoint PR Officers, Sports Phsycologists and Finance Advisors...

Finance Advisors help you grow your bank balance quickly...
Sports Phsycologists helps in cons/conc pops...
PR Officers bring in more members and thus more gate receipts...

With this trainign shedule you can have

2 batsman and a 18 yo [1*primary, 1*field] on training for 1 season
or
1 batsman, 1 bowler and a 18 yo [1*primary, 1*field] on training for 1 season
or
2 bowlers and a 18 yo [1*primary, 1*field] on training for 1 season
or
A keeper trainee [ 2*bat, 1*stam, 1*wk, 1*field] and a batting/bowling allrounder
or
1 batsman and a pure all rounder
or
1 bowler and a pure all rounder...

The choice is yours...

I never knew this though i remember reading about them in battrick rules.

1) Is it really worth to have sports physcologists and PR officers for a newbie like me?

2) Does those two staffs is included in 10 training staffs as per battrick rules... i.e can we appoint two more such specialist staffs in addition to 10 already present?

Hiring those three specialists do not count to the 10 coaches that you can have...

and for sports phsycologist i would recommend 3-4...

I currently have...

Sports Psychologists: 8
PR Officers: 7
Financial Advisors: 6

It always gets effective only on Mondays.. If you give, say this sunday, it wud be deflected only after Monday. If you give, say Monday, it wud be deflected next monday.

Basically as you can see, We were all almost the same...
