What is better?
1. To buy a player with good stats OR
2. Train a player in academy until he reaches that level

Depends on a number of things. Money for starters. Do you have the nets to train the player. Lastly do you need a player with that skill now or in 3 or so seasons.

With the cash you have you won't get much more than a strong and this would put you in financial trouble. You could train a player up to this in one season on two nets. So definitely would recommend training.

Wouldn't go past 1 mill. That is the extreme max, for your minimum you shouldn't go past 700k.

Now regarding my Youth Academy, obviously it is best to have it's condition at superb for when you do your first YP. However, to get it set to superb, do you keep upgrading it at set points throughout the season, or just a big one the day of your first YP?

First of all, Youth Pull comes with luck you can get great player or you can get worst. But with superb academic condition you are bound to get atlist med/comp For me, i only upgrade at the last week of season

Best time to sell or to take advantage is at the end of season but however these days i am seeing players are going for a huge, so it could be worth to give a try
