I dont understand nets... i have the following players on two primary nets each... should i increase or drop one (to accomodate a new guy)

Neale Cole - 30 yo, BT Rating=23,702
RH Batsman, RFM Bowler. He is a defensive player with superb leadership skills and remarkable experience.
He currently has superb batting form, superb bowling form and energetic fitness.
Stamina: proficient Wicket Keeping: feeble
Batting: abysmal Concentration: respectable
Bowling: superb Consistency: proficient
Fielding: competent

Trevor Yorke - 23 yo, BT Rating=7,372
RH Batsman, RF Bowler. He is an attacking player with strong leadership skills and woeful experience.
He currently has worthless batting form, competent bowling form and sublime fitness.
Stamina: woeful Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: strong Concentration: woeful
Bowling: woeful Consistency: abysmal
Fielding: competent

Drop all nets on Cole, he's hardly good and probably will only improve after more than a season's worth of training. Yorke can be useful if coupled with a fielding net for the sake of his crap concentration.

The younger the better obviously, so I suppose so. No 17yo or 18yo's?

Train the wonderful on 1 net. If you have room put some of the superbs.

Really is no point in training him. No stamina and no secondaries. You'd be much better buying a med/comp/comp (absolute minimum) for just a few K and training him up instead

checking how good you guys are without me... certainly havent bought a guy like him... but yeah looking for that 17yo great gun, best current trainees are 20 or 22, almost at the end of their trainee nets. wondering if i should get a got my eyes on a high comp, must do justice to me...
