No refuelling. Good or bad?

Yup, could be interesting if there are as many incidents in the race as there were in qualifying.
Vettel on pole is irrelevant for me; Jensen v Reubens is the only battle that matters.

Well Vettel on pole could become relevant should Button and Rubens fail to score points (because they've spun off at Degna!)

Great win for Vettel. It isn't over yet. A fairly good race, but by no means as exciting as qualifying was.

Kovalainen is awful. Sutil had him on the last chicane and yet he didn't yeld and cost him a good race finish. Sutil was going to pit soon anyway, I really don't understand why he is driving in the McLaren. He should be driving for Toro Rosso or something. Almost anybody could make his McLaren look better than he does.

Heiki helped out Jensen a fair bit with that Sutil incident. I think Barichello should be the most disappointed man out there - to finish one place lower than he started is no world title form. Jensen keeps getting away with it and it's hard to see him losing the title now.

Anyone watch Quali yesterday?

They really need to sort something out with the format. Last round with so many red flags they basically forced drivers into ignoring yellow flags and then penalised them and this weekend it just dragged on for ever. i spent all afternoon virtually yesterday watching Final Practice and Quali and was wondering if it would ever end.

Vettel and Button made a real dog's dinner of Quali and will struggle to get anything out of the weekend. Good for the championship, although funny how everyone seems to want a championship battle this year, yet last season all you heard was Bernie banging on at how Hamilton shouldn't be champion because he didn't win enough races. No objections this year to Vettel or Rubens still being in the hunt. Funny that.

I hope Button gets it, he's won twice as many races as anyone else and has led from day one.

Webber 2nd in qualifying. It's a perfect opportunity to win another race and finish the season on a high.

I gave up watching after Q1. I agree it's a mess with the weather and red flags but I'm not sure how else to do it. Perhaps add time on if there is a red/yellow flag (although that doesn't solve the dragging on issue).
We could see some surprises today depending on whether it's a wet/dry race.

Here's hoping that Sutil will win this race. Would love to see him up on that top spot of the podium. Also the battle between Vettel and Button should be interesting seeing as they'll be next to each other on the grid.

I have not watched the race since Fisi scored points for Force India. May watch tonight.

Probably though the Button/Vettel battle has been ruined by Quali though. Unless Vettel streaks away from Button, its just not going to happen for him. For an exciting championship finale it's really down to Rubens to do well now and keep the pressure on Jenson.

This has been an epic of a race so far. Brilliant. Crazy start to the race which has been followed by alot of overtaking and some great drives, especially Button at the moment. If it goes and rains towards the end it will have been a barmy race.

what happened to raikonnens car? there are pics of it in flames on the bbc website yet no commentary on it?

Kovalainen drove offf with the fuel rig still attached, as he left pit, fuel came out of the still attached hose, Kimi drover over it and promptly ignited it due to friction with tyres, etc.
