No refuelling. Good or bad?

What happened to Rubens was pathetic. I will shift my support to some other driver in 2008 if he continues this way.;)

And I think Alonso is still favourite to win the title.:)

All this race did was to prove that neither Massa or Schumacher is the reason for the recent successes of Ferrari. It is 100% car/tyres - pure and simple. I'm not sure if that trend can continue for much longer, as the circuts only get more technical from here on out (exception being Monza).

And this may just be me being whiney, but if Renault aren't allowed to use their mass-dampener, why is Ferrari still being allowed to use their moveable front wing? I understand that they altered it a bit after the FIA said something about it, but if you look carefully it sill moves under heavy lateral loads. :mad

Hockenheim is pretty darn twisty nowadays! Massa has clearly improved, he's become far more consistant than he was early season. Of course the car and tyres have a huge part to play in the success, as did the Renault and the Michelin's earlier in the season. However, Renault hasn't really made strides forward since the start of the season. In Germany they were beaten by a McLaren, a Honda and Mark Webber's Williams was quicker than either of the Renault's!

The Ferrari is currently the car to have and it's up to the rest of the field to up their game and take it to them. With the way it's going, Ferrari is going to win both championships, MS is only 11 points behind now and Ferrari are only 10 points behind Renault in the constructors.

I'd like to point out that it wasn't just Renault who had their dampers banned, but Ferrari too. Ferrari isn't allowed to use it's flexi-wing. Both the Midland's were chucked out of the GP for using them.

I'm usually one of the first to condemn Ferrari, but the fact you've driven me to defend them ( ) says it all for me. :p

Watched the race and all I can say is one thing....

F:mad::mad::mad: Williams - they can make a :mad::mad::mad:en go kart reliable :mad

i was cursing the telly like no ones buisness

Thanks Steve, saved me from typing my own essay :p

Give Williams a break will ya, they have come up majorly after a massive slump, fair enough small mechanical error but they know they have speed with them again.

It makes me feel really bad for Webber. Rosberg just ends up crashing early-on. Webber seems to be running well and the car gives out. This isn't the first time, either. The commentators over here mentioned that Williams is obsessed with keeping the weight in the car down, so perhaps that's causing reliability issues.

Schumi in full form!!!! Just trailing 11 points behind Alonso!!! This is getting more closer now and good chances for Schumi to win the title!!!

Rubens qualified 3rd fastest yesterday:cool:.I hope he can convert that into a podium today:upray.

I highly doubt it, its a Honda, either it will lose all speed or just break down.

MS has alot of work to do with the 2s penalty although, he should be able to out drive Alonso and steal some points again.

Let's see what the race has to hold eh? ;)

Wow. That was almost like real motor racing with Alonso taking MS. Haven't seen that for a few years!
Perhaps we should make rain compulsory for all GP and have a random draw for who uses what tyres...

Button looks set to win if he keeps this up :D

Is it me or has this been possibly the best race in years, overtaking from the word go and has been very exciting. If only every race was like this :)
