Hats off to Schumi who announced his end-of-season retirement from the sport at the post-race press conference!!!

3 Races to go and only two points trail!!! Well done Schumi!!! :happy

The engine freeze is ridiculous.

I can't see Alonso stopping Schumacher now. The Ferrari is clearly the quickest car and Renault don't really seem to have gone forward since the first few races of the season.

I never thought I'd say this, but I'd rather see MS win, simply because I hate Alonso even more!!

Was the race any good today? Didn't see it as I was playing cricket.

Loosing the Mass Damper system has really effected the performance of the Renault, I doubt they'll be able to claw back the advantage it gave them over Ferrari.

Raikonnen moving to Ferrari
This was expected seeing the failures in Mclaren

I simply hate Alonso.
If McLaren can continue their engine failures next year too, would be nice

Why do you hate Alonso? is it the eyebrows? ;)

I don't think it was wise for Alonso to move to McLaren. And I think McLaren will struggle next season also.:laugh

I would watch out for McLaren next season, they are finally showing some pace this season (ok mostly its just in quali) I wouldnt count on McLaren being in the dulldrums for too long.

I cant wait to see Kimi in the ferrari!

Button might have a chance next season too if Honda can get their car sorted out fully.

I am also optimistic about Rubens in the other Honda next season. All he needs is a bit of luck and stop speeding in the pit lane.;)

And I just got a feeling that Massa might outperform Kimi next season.

So what teams do people think will do wel next year???

Also who will win the title this year????

This year I think Schumi and Ferrari have a bigger probability than Alonso and Renault to win the driver's and construtor's titles respectively.

And I think the following teams should do well next year:

Ferrari
BMW
Honda
Renault[Probably]

McLaren will struggle.

Maybe Mclaren have something up their sleeves??

But other than that I would have to agree with your list.

As for this years title, well Im just not sure. Ferrari have been lucky upto now but will it be enough?

And with no Montoya they finally have someone capable of performing on a consistent basis. Ok, DLR hasn't been brilliant but he's been better than JPM was earlier this season.

Next season will be odd. Back to Spa, but no Suzuka, no Schumi, the Iceman in the Ferrari.

I expect it to be closer next season though, as Schumi held Ferrari together and will not be as good without him, despite how good Kimi is.

Does anyone know if Todt and Brawn decided to leave Ferrari as well? I know this was mentioned in the press earlier in the season but I dont know if any firm decision by either was announced.
