Well even i don't know how to fly them i crashed like five FlyUS planes
unfortunately i cant fly them any more my cousin has shifted to another city 
What I'd advise for you to do would be to not do any of the assassination missions till you beat the main story, then you can do the assassination missions and invest all your money (across all characters) into the rival company of the guy you're assassinating. That's the most obvious way, the other way is to invest in the company of the guy you assassinated after the assassination (buying low) and wait for it to get back up (selling high), which it will, eventually.
The spoiler text below has how much money you'll make of the final heist (I did it with horrible crew members and it went well):

And one more thing, you can affect the stock market in other ways, for e.g. you can buy some FlyUS stocks then shoot down some AirEMU planes.

I don't think you can rob gas stations, the robbable stores are seven elevens and liquor stores. there's 19 or so scattered around the place.

really useful post, the only annoying thing is I'd like to play the game missions with a brand new spanking car. once you've actually finished the game it become a loneliness simulator and while it's still fun to mess about in, it's not the same.
really wish there was the option of setting up mini-heists or something, just a simple bank heist at one of a banks with a few different options. It would have let you play around with the crew members you can choose too, I thought they were going to be a major part of the game and I've barely met them. don't see why they bothered with choosing your crew actually.

Open browser in cell phone -> There is a tab on the website for Leisure and activities -> Go to one of the website links (its called luxury car's something)
You do have to buy a garage before that
I bought few car's yet still the main car is still the default one when I switch character's. Instead I just upgraded and modded their existing car with full capabilities

So how do you guys like your shooting. I thought the Assist you get makes the game too easy. I am now playing with Free aim. I did the same with RDR.

This game is incredible - I'd go as far to say the best game ever made.
Brilliant fun, beautiful massive open world, entertaining characters/story, loads of stuff to do, leaderboards for activities to give them a competitive edge that's lacked in other GTAs, a wonderful physics engine for peds/objects/vehicles, improved police AI, nice music on the radio (not as good as IV though imo), great score for missions/wanted levels... It's got it all and GTA Online isn't even out yet.
I could probably not buy any other game for the next 12 months, it's that good.
PC users are in for an absolute treat when the time comes, this game looks stunning on 8 year old hardware (360) without antialiasing... With modern PC hardware capable of much higher resolutions and AA/AF etc it's going to be unbelievable - as it is on 360 I sometimes get so immersed in the game it almost looks/feels real.

Yeah - I cannot wait until this game comes out on PC! By then I will also have a nice big 32in TV in my room to link my PC to.
Then there are all the mods that GTA always gets, such as the first person driver view. I don't know why that isn't an option out of the box, but at least it can be modded in on PC. If you drive round Liberty City in GTA 4 using that mod, it feels so immersive - exactly like driving round a real city.
