It's been more than 48 hours since I first lynched Varun, more than 24 hours since I role-claimed, and we've still got squat.

It just wasn't that you don't have a reaction to Hagrid's death. Mafia is a game of psychology - it's the manner of someone's posts, rather than their content, that reveals them.

My reasons against you:

• No real discussion from you
• No reaction to fellow Townie's death
• Band-wagon on the Matt lynch, without contributing to the ongoing discussion at the time
• Contradicting yourself - you say you lynched Matt because he had a poor defence, but he had not even posted by the time you lynched him

Well, I feel he's playing a double game here. He wants people to role claim and see whether they have some roles or no. Given Aditya said he might role claim, Smurf seems to be pushing it. He might have done the same for Varun.

I don't really know. Am I just thinking too much or is there something valid?

1. What discussion you want from me? I'm about to get lynched and I'm defending myself because I'm a townie and you guys are about to lynch a townie.

2. I was about to go offline so I didn't react to Hedgrid's death. When I back came back a lot of discussion had taken place and I thought now there wasn't any need to react to Hegrid's death.

3. I can't contribute at the moment because firstly I need to make you guys believe that I'm a townie and you guys are about to lynch a townie.

4. Well, if you look back at his posts. He had posted quite a bit before I lynched him. These are some of the posts that made me lynch him.

Right. There is no real culprit. I can understand why there has been no clear cut victim at this point. But this is part of the mafia game. I remember the first few games had very less writeups. Its just the matter of catching one active mafia member, and then you can sort of find the remaining members.

At the moment my suspect list is zero. But thats because I havent done any analyzations, and that is unlikely to change until the weekend. No time these days.

And Matt CANNOT be Voldemort. He is at worst indiviual aligned. I mean its obvious the mafia silenced him to get us to lynch him today. It didnt happen because It was stated at night. If you still want to lynch Matt, then wait till tomorrow when he can start talking again.

I am very confused by Bevab. Usually theres a fixed limit on the number of posts you make. I think its likely that it was a clever ploy by his fellow mafia partner to come up with this roleplay, because it stops him from shooting his own foot? Cuz I remember wrestling mafia, where there was a post restriction on LL, and it was because he was Khali and struggled in English. What was Bevabs role claim? IIRC it was Flitwick, and it just doesnt add up to me atleast...

I actually feel that Bevab can be a mafia. What if his fellow mafia members told him to remain quiet and said him to false role claim by saying that he has post restrictions. This is Bevab's second mafia game, maybe his fellow mafia members thought that he will say something that can put him under the suspicion of the members so to be on the safer side his fellow mafai members told him to false role claim.

Possible. But not worth taking a risk. And we need to lynch our very dear culprit intelligently, otherwise we might end up with killing the doc, and I am dead meat.

Hmm, contemplating at this once again, it could be a well-planned errand run by Papa Smurf. Is it possible that he is halting it up until his godfather is active again? ARay or Abhas?

I've said whatever I can say in my defence but if I'm still not able to convince you all then I don't have any other option then to role claim. I'll give a hint : I've one of the important roles in harry potter. Each night I can follow one member. Am I allowed to tell which member I followed and what is my exact role?

Seriously, stop giving away your roles if you have powers. There is no way we can win this if people keep on role claiming especially the ones with some powers. This and the last game have been frustrating really with some very foul play.

Remember those brilliant games like Cricket mafia, wrestling mafia, lost mafia (?). We had some brilliant play in those games.

Meeeeh, this is really going nowhere.
We need to remain focused and lynch one person.
To be honest now that I look over it, a character like Sybill Trelawney as a paranoid cop seems to be an interesting thing to claim and convenient especially for a mafia member.
