Well, its all over and Sridevi has been merged with nature. Was watching her best work, Lamhe, yesterday for the first time actually (I was always told as a kid that its not a fun film; always skipped it). But I regret having missed it. It was an amazing Yash Chopra film and possibly his best too. Sridevi was sensational as the bubbly "Puja" and stole the film from everyone.

This looks fantastic. For a moment I did not realize it was Ranbir Kapoor. Pumped up about this one.

Can't wait to watch 'Sanju'. Not for the man on whom the biopic is made, but purely for Rajkumar Hirani and Ranbir Kapoor. And it looks like Hirani is retaining his trademark light hearted comedy style for the film, which is what he should do since its his forte. Ranbir has literally gotten into the skin of Sanjay Dutt. He makes a scary replica of Sanjay Dutt. Won't be surprised if the film sweeps the box office and also the awards for the year.

Also, I think Anushka Sharma and Sonam Kapoor are playing the wives (Maanyata and Rhea?).

Wow. Ranbir never fails to amuse me. Few months back, I had seen him in that black avatar look and was impressed with it. Now, there are 5 avatars. As Sai said, I am excited for Hirani-Kapoor combination and not for the man on whom the biopic is made.

On a lighter note, I wonder why he(refer below) wasn't considered instead of Ranbir for this role

Such a sad news. May he RIP. Even though the series might be boring and repetitive one must agree these characters have become household names and have been part of our lives.
