I know but still there are some rules which have to be followed. I know people in Pakistan cannot watch it legally due to ban on Hindi movies but you are in UK.

Not sure. Mahesh Bhatt films might get released though but they will end up on censor radar.

Saw MNIK. There was no reason for him to be autistic at all in the movie. The same story could have been told (probably would have made more sense) if he wasn't autistic.

It wasn't as good as some people are raving about. I thought it was decent at best.

The autism thing was more of an attempt to give Shahrukh the acting mileage. They definitely could have portrayed him as a normal ordinary Muslim man, but the 'autism' gave it more emotional appeal and the heart pulling factor. I wont call it a negative, even with all of it, people are considering it an off beat film (its not doing that well in the small centres in India)
