How do people play the game? Game Modes

I play a two division super league with promotion and relegation between two divisions of twelve teams. I play as Surrey and my husband is Essex. It's played as a T20 format the second division is played using @stephencox32 Minor counties teams (Great teams and thanks for the work) they don't fair too well but then there're only six counties in the second division the rest made up of Minor counties (I may include university teams in the future) two teams are relegated in division two but I choose two teams to replace them. Promotion/Relegation is fairly complicated but top and bottom of each division replace each other then there is a complicated playoff system for one more spot in Division one.

Sometimes there are some interesting results but in the end the ladders tend to play to trend with the bigger teams finishing above the minnows.
