ICC Champions Trophy 2017

It will be interesting if Australia gets knocked out. Though it will be a shook but still :D
P.S : Don't want Bangladesh to go semis. At least don't want them to win....

Wow. Bangladesh are going to semis ! Historic day for them.

Yupe. It was also in CWC15 when they knocked England out...

I think they have improved a lot since then and should not be considered minnows. At least this is what I think. It's good for Cricket that a team has emerged. :)

They still have to prove a lot more but if they continue carrying on the right path. They'll be up against top teams in no time! (Maybe after CWC 2019 they'll be a different team)

Australia have been absolutely bullied here, their momentum being ruined by the rain break. Stokes and Morgan have been ultra destructive, destroying Australia just like how Australia destroyed others in their peak.

The Root dismissal was at 5.4, went off for rain at 6 overs. Dont think its entirely fair to blame the weather here, given the way these two are batting not sure it's such a simple assessment. IMO anyway.

Although with the weather becoming more unpredictable the world over and the pushing of seasons, weather delays are something all teams are going to have to get used to, doubt its going to change...

Australia finally get a wicket!

The only delusional person here is you. Get off your high horse.

First of all, I wasn't addressing you, so don't quote me on every opportunity. Secondly unlike you I don't act like a hypocrite and change my tunes depending upon a few results. Also I don't need to edit my posts on matters of opinion because I don't troll.[DOUBLEPOST=1497112192][/DOUBLEPOST]I don't know what the Aussie fans feel, but Smith seems to have 0 faith in Zampa. He rather play 4 quicks'

Like, I don't get it. When we beat New Zealand in 2013, some guy was on about "trash talking" before wanting to have us smashed, but we won anyway. When some of our more passionate fans retaliated badly to other fans, they were burned at the stake while completely ignoring the abuse they got. When we beat England in that test match, some guy was on about "arrogance" or something when our players retaliated to Ben Stokes being Ben Stokes. When we had one bad game against England, you were suggesting that we don't even be a part of this tournament. We're getting to the semis now and you're like "do they deserve this" instead of "hey this'll be a great experience for them to compete near the top". It's almost like the team is some kind of weather god who used the weather to get where they are.

I feel genuinely sorry for you if you can be that salty at an upcoming nation's success.

I can quote you whenever i want. If you want to talk to one person only, use PMs.
Secondly unlike you I don't act like a hypocrite and change my tunes depending upon a few results.
That only means that you refuse to admit that you were wrong.

Well, you're delusional if a couple of games make you think otherwise.
Oh wow! What an intelligent post! Are you just plain daft?

Bangladesh don't deserve to be in the knockouts and it's the ICC rain roulette that might result in them doing so.
Do Bangladesh deserve credit for their triumph? Yes. I think they're the most improved team in the world in the format. Do they deserve to play the SF of this major? NO!

You're an ignorant jerk.

A very fair point was raised by the commentary team regarding the one-dimensional nature of Australia's bowling attack - there were very slower balls, cutters or wide yorkers to build pressure. Pacers were primarily bowling full and straight at 140-145 km/h, making it easy for Stokes and Morgan who played exceptionally well. That's something to learn for the team.

It's weird seeing Australia crash out this early given their lineup is arguably the second best in the tournament behind India's. It is difficult to point one particular department either. Just unlucky perhaps.

Do you think the CA contracts have any bearing on the way Australia have played?[DOUBLEPOST=1497114047][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yes, and you're our moral science teacher handing us character certificates.

Do you have any point to make or you're just trying to make yourself feel important here?
