ICC Champions Trophy 2017

Why fix what's not broken? Seems to me like changes for the sake of changes. If you get Shadab in, you have to let go off a bowler. And dropping Hafeez is a risk? Playing him and batting him at 4 is a BIGGER risk! Pakistan team in my opinion?

Shehzad
Zaman
Azam
Malik
Ahmed
Sohail
Ashraf
Wasim/S Khan
Amir
J Khan
A Ali
Azhar Ali in place of Shehzad... Azhar can score runs while taking up balls but Shehzad only takes up balls.

It really makes me sad seeing so many people making fun of Sarfraz.
Exactly. I do understand its a global event happening in an English speaking country, but not everyone is fluent and not everyone knows English. Its one thing to make fun of Akmal brothers because half the time even in other languages speak shit, but making so much fun of Sarfraz is a little over the board. This is the the disadvantage of us living in Social Media generation. Every freaking thing is recorded

What a massive underestimation. Bangladesh have beat top teams, they whitewashed South Africa and Pakistan, and beat India comphrensively. They are slowly becoming a very strong team. I don't understand how they are a 'C' grade team. They are a strong team, with the ability to suprise their opponents. What makes them a below par side? They are just as strong as Pakistan and SL. Yes, India have an advantage, but that doesn't mean that Bangladesh are a poor side. They are dangerous on their day.We are confident but wary of Bangladesh.

I won't go for statistics here, Bangladesh isn't consistent at all with its performances, Their good performances are very rare and that is the point of a side which is coming ahead. They are good on their day but they don't posses an extreme threat, Its relatively a much easier side to beat that's all I can say.

However, it is extremely poor form to believe that Pakistan would have sailed through in the SA chase. They made an absolute sham out of their SL chase and it's an aspect of the game that even their most hardcore fan knows needs improving. Pakistan were ahead in that game, but by no means home. If I were a SA fan I'd feel a bit grieved.

Allow me to say something here that I don't believe in Ifs and buts. I wonder why your ifs and buts come in Pakistan matches. Pakistan against SA can't be compared with Pakistan against SL. Different matches, Different Situations. Pakistan was right on top and they were cruising through, You could see the confidence, While against SL, The pressure to go to Semis and fans expectations added extra pressure was written on their faces which lead to the middle order collapse. In SA, They didn't have much to loose. Against SL, The expectations to perform well were very high from the whole nation. Don't worry about the hardcore fans, Subcontinent fans love to criticize more than appreciate particularly India/Pakistan, and I believed they went extra mile to criticize in the match against SL. We should remember that SL was also there to play cricket and we shouldn't forget how they beat India... Credit must go to their bowling unit as well particularly Matthews captaincy. It was a nail biting contest and that is the beauty of the tournament.

My point is: Never say Never. You just never know what will happen. They have improved for the last year or two, if you can recall.

I want to say one thing. No matter how bad our team selection is or how inexperience our captain is. But young lads and Sarfraz's dedication towards the team have helped Pakistan reach semi-finals.

I'm so happy to see that Mohammad Amir has learned from his mistake and is truly passionated towards Pakistan. Although he is a bowler but his dedication and thing to do something good for Pakistan helped us win against Sri Lanka. This reflects to me that everyone deserves a second chance.

Good thing for Pakistan is they won the toss. Bad thing is, Amir is out.

Pakistan again choose to bowl first.

Oh man Amir is not playing today. Rauman Raees will replace him.

So no Mohammad Amir in all important semifinal, Pakistan's chances are dented badly if they had any.

England could have been 24/2. A little unlucky with the reviews today.

Also, you really shouldn't lose the review when it is umpires call.
