Very similar to India's last two games. Great to bat while the ball is new. Over no. 30 onwards with an older ball, slows done suddenly and considerably.

300 could be challenging now. NZ will have to push their openers to get off to a flier and not make the mistake both India and BD did in their last run chases, with slow starts in the beginning

With the form NZ's batsmen apart from Williamson and to an extent Taylor have been, it's not going to be easy at all if England score 300+. And generally in this tournament it hasn't been easy to chase big totals. Pressure of the big occasion combined with at least a little fair surfaces, i guess.

It doesnt look like they will end up with 300 here .. the moment someone is trying to accelerate they lose a wicket. Minimum 8 and over needed to get them to 300 here

NZ very much in the game now. 5 down and no power hitters apart from Morgan. I think Eng might score something around 290-310. That would give NZ some chance.

For some reason, I feel Pakistan will make the semis. Ever since they were put into a position where they had to win 4/4 matches, luck/destiny seems to be on their side. That Afghanistan win has further strenthen that notion.
