I just want to know desperately what @sshole has said that got Jaddu so riled up!

The distortion of facts and opinions is at its peak in these forums related to Team Pakistan and its journey of Cricket. I would love to put some things straight here for the record because some people are really negatively influencing things here related to Pakistan. First of all, they should stop this media banter. At one place you guys are saying media is this and media is that and on the other hand, it is quite clear that you guys follow media a lot and take media too seriously and this gives you chance to bash the opposing team. No matter how many times we say no rivalry, but India Pakistan does possess the biggest cricket rivalry that is billions of people watch when two sides clash on Cricket ground so Don't try to play and twist things here and settle your own scores.

You guys are sounding like your team has conquered the World, while still, Pakistan is far ahead in terms of an overall record of matches and Pakistan would love to Play India on any day, any time, any tournament and on any surface :)

If you say 100 times that CT 2017 was a hit or miss, the result and the thrashing Pakistan gave to India won't gonna change. Let me remind you again for your knowledge, Pakistan won back to back matches, In Hit or Miss, this doesn't happen, Pakistan when on a roll and being cornered is the most dangerous team that can beat any World best side around and this is the fact and this has been our history of Cricket and this is the brand Pakistan followed. 1999 stint which people referred, Yes Pakistan gave most consistent performances in that short span of time but that was quite short-lived and it had many other issues.

You sound like 1992 WC was a stroke of luck and even if Pakistan reaches semi-final in this WC, it will be a stroke of luck, you can live with your denials and all but remember that luck favors the brave.

The Champions Trophy 2017 team peaked at the right time, Post that tournament, The issues were mostly with selection rather than a team and its performance itself, for sure mistakes have been made but twisting things as if Pakistan hasn't achieved much is a denial that we can expect from the arch-rivals only. Ask any neutral fan or journalist and he will give you answers with all facts and figures and will teach you history as well.

I won't say all Indian fans are twisting things but some of them are playing great hypocrisy here and try to sound like they are fans of the game and consider game bigger than rivalry and all. Anyhow, I haven't seen any Australian fans here, there used to be plenty here from other parts of the World. At the moment what I have noticed there is 80% Indian fans trying and 20% Pakistanis.

It's a good place to discuss Cricket but some people should really look into the mirror before talking about blame games.

Back to Match, England chances are definitely much higher here but at least this game will set a target for Pakistan to do if Newzleand loses today (Which is looking pretty straight forward now)

How did the umpire decide that the finger brushed the ball? Till the very last frame that was showed, it was inconclusive. And when it is inconclusive, it should go to the batsman.

On a cheeky note - if R Ashwin was playing this game, Williamson would probably not have been out!:lol:p

Kane Williamson is gone and that too a run out, Well Pakistan only got themselves to blame for that poor start to the world by getting absolutely smash by West Indies and then not improving their run rate against teams Afghanistan.

New Zealand are looking very weak and have been extremely lucky. I actually feel both Bangladesh and Pakistan have perhaps played better. By far, the weakest link in my opinion entering the top 4.

You take Williamson and Boult out and there is very little in that team!

I think it's a bit unfair to have NRR decide who goes through, especially as Pakistan beat NZ. Assuming they end up on the same points. It's not over yet.

Most no of wins comes first, followed by NRR, and then head to head (I guess). Cant have head to head before NRR, because one good day against the team gets you in and its a lottery
