What happens in case of a washout Which is pretty much what is going to happen

I dont think the loser of the IND-NZ will have a fall from grace. Both those teams are extremely well equipped to handle a loss or two and have the capacity to bounce back. I'd agree if you said this about Pakistan or West Indies or South Africa or Sri Lanka, but to me, India/England/Australia/NZ are the teams that can handle losses and not get into free fall.

We'll see.

This I just find unacceptable !! Forget reserve days:

As someone mentioned before, Sri Lanka has covers to over up the outfield as well, which ensures almost immediate start once the rain subsides. The fact that it is possible and is still not being taken care by the ICC/ECB is just rubbish

Yeah I am surprised because its almost 3pm now, the rain have kind of stop now but the match starts at 10:30 here.
