world XI getting smashed by Australia at their worst??? deer oh deer

There's still not alot wrong with the Aus ODI side. If it wasn't for a couple of almost mircale innings while you were over here (e.g. Pietersen at Bristol), you would've dominated the ODI's.

Well done Australia, well played, i didn't expect the World XI to win, they have talent but talent doesn't make a team, the running was shambolic at times. And Why does Kallis bowl?

I don't see it as a shock. As I've consistently said, first Aus are a very good ODI side and secondly I'd still expect World XI to win the test comfortably.

What I have noticed that with Australia in Test matches lately we don't attack like we use to, 2-3 years ago we use to go at 4-5 runs a over in a Test but these days its only 3 runs a over. If we attack in the Test Matches we could possibly win.

Wow, what a non-event this has been. If the Best of the Rest XI didn't have Murail and Vettori (who have been brilliant thus far) these matches may have been messy. Akthar, Shoaib and Flintoff and been decidedly average with the ball in these past couple of matches.

I'm heading down to the bookies though to throw down some cash on the XI though, the Aussies have been known to gift victories to their opponents in dead rubbers.

If I was gayle or sangakkara I wld be so pissed rite now. They did all the hard work played brilliantly and got the required rate under 6 an over and well Kallis, Lara 2 failiure's in a row. They made batting look so easy especially sanga with his awesome cover drives and the others made it look so hard. I'd be gutted if I was them

Ha HA Lol, Tell me the odds, I might through some bucks on World XI. :D

Great performance by Aus. They were lucky with the run outs as it sure didn't look to good with Sangakara going so well.

At last White got a go, he went alright. Watson has been quite good during this series, his true test will come in the test match.
