if this series has shown me anything it is that rahul dravid and jacques kallis are not good enough to be classed in that category in the one day international team. dont get me wrong they are probably in the top 5 in the long form of the game however they dont seem to have enough variation or attack in the shortened form of the game

Yeah, it appears he wasn't committed at all. Same with a few of the other players. I think this whole concept has been a huge failure. We will have to see how the test match goes.

the one problem with bracken is that he is such a step down from mcgrath and lee that it makes batsman want to attack him more than it would say gillespie (when he was in form). having said that im a fan of bracken because i think australia need a left arm quick

I think he has retired from ODI cricket to focus on test matches.
