By the way,they have a minute chance of making a way back to IPL.If BCCI decides to revive KTK and PWI for the next two seasons and make IPL a 10 team competition since then, it would be a great (imo ).

Yeah, I read about that. Apparently BCCI has the option to either pay them a hefty little fine, or re-instate the one. I dont see why BCCI wouldn't reinstate them in that case

Giving them a fine would be appropriate.I mean a team involved in betting gets away with 2 year suspension but a team who couldn't unfortunately present sufficient bank balance is permanently removed from the league.That's not fair imo.

Really nice interview with Ashwin. The guy seems to be in a good place at this time of his career and seems to finally understand his game very well. Was evident in his performance too recently when he was focussing on his stock delivery and not getting carried away by variations. Thats half the battle won .. high hopes from the guy

Ashwin seems cool; one of the few genuinely good international spinners at the moment. He gets treated badly by the Indian team; the fact that they preferred Jadeja over him for so long despite that fact that he looks like a better all-round player confuses me

I used to like MI too, even though it was pretty non-creative. But still easy on the eyes.

KXIP has a weird clash of silver and red as well. Not sure who comes up with these colors - unless they have some "symbolism" behind their selection

Doesnt seem to do too well outside the subcontinent but inside the subcontinent he is one of the best.

You can't just rate a bowler if he played 6,2,1 matche respectively. He needs to be given more opportunities in overseas matches which we were giving to Jadeja.

Yes,he is not that effective outside subcontinent.But if you notice how he bowled during last test series against Australia,he has improved much.As said by many experts,he is trying the stock delivery more and has stopped himself from making more variations.Haven't seen him bowling the carrom ball for quite some time now.He is also trying to give the ball more air,even when the pitch is not in the slower side.So in total,he has changed his approach as a bowler and the results aren't that bad.Although its clearly visible he still needs to prove himself good overseas its that he improved bit.

Spot on,he is only a decent bowler outside subcontinent.
