India haven't played too many t20I matches recently as Afghanistan. And Shahzad scoring runs is against associate teams. I won't be convinced until he does the same while he faces world class teams like Australia, West Indies, Pakistan, England, India etc...

Yes but records are just record as he just beat kohli in highest aggregates of runs(1779in) t20i career but you are right
Shahzad never even bats vs likes of RABADA and m.STARC

Yeah and he always provided those crucial 30-40 runs when team needed the most. WC 2011 quarter final against Australia, if he wouldn't have played that cameo along with Yuvi it might have been a different story.

Throughout his career the achilles heel has been short pitch deliveries thats what eluded him from being a top player for the team.
Raina is very good player in shorter version of the game and has done well in his career so far.
