As far as Ayaz Menon is concerned,he is the sports editor of a daily- DNA.
I believe he has previosuly worked with the Times too.
He did a short stint as a commentator with ESS in 2002.Later,he joined SETMAX as an expert during the World Cup.
Definately better than what NEO has to offer.
