Very good first game . Bangalore have major issues they have 3 guys who if they are going to play 20-20 can only open. Ideally only one of dravid,kallis and jaffer should be in a 20-20 team.

Did anyone else notice that Ishant has changed his action a little bit? His landing is far more powerful than before, and because of that he looks a lot faster too.

I disagree, I think that he isn't using the front arm enough and so is losing some accuracy and bite off the pitch. He only topped at 140kph today which is a slight step down than he normally should in a T20.

I think It is not about action. But lots of bowler use to change their follow through. It is because T20 pressure that bowler try to keep bowl on very tight line and length.
Bowlers have very few areas against Batsman like McCullum and Roy so they tend to bowl with more perfect line and length than pace.

I can't wait to see him in his new action in an unlimited overs match. Normally, he builds up his speed, so maybe he will still be as fast. I've got to say, I thought he was going just as fast, if not faster than his normal self.

Talking about bowlers, Balaji will return tomorrow, so it will interesting to see how he goes. I hope he does well and increases his chance of a recall, I like him.

I reckon he will be around the 125kph mark, reports of his first game back was that his recovery was promising, but he was very rusty.

Kolkata were very good. Bangalore have a weak side in terms of T20. I look forward to seeing Shane Warne for Rajasthan tomorrow.

How can you open with Jaffer and Dravid?
I don't think they have any player who are best for T20.

I would be infuriated in your situation. The way adults believe the GCSEs are 24 hour exams for a whole month drives me mad.
