So the story remain continues with the subcontinental batsmen failing to deliver in good bowling conditions.
Well Sehwag is as always a flat pitch tiger but it is very sad that even Gambhir was made like a tailender by South African openers.
And as I was about to say that Dravid looks sound to me, Morkel has cleaned him up aswell.
Hope that Tendulkar or even Harbhajan can score some runs for India otherwise it will be a one sided game.
Indians looks very ordinary against short pitch balls which somebody in this thread was saying that it will not be a problem for them.

Pitch was to assist fast bowlers especially so today.

It would be revolting if batsmen threw their wickets away. I am still hopeful India can post a par score of 270-300 odd runs and then bowl well to get advantage their side.

Didn't look like a great lbw to me on first view. I think if he'd gotten forward, it would have been hard to give.

Umpiring looks ordinary as well. ICC must force review system specially for such a big series.

I'm thinking about what Raina gonna do on this pitch against Steyn and co.

@ Aounis Agreed but its Indian players who opposed it which is costing them , i have a certain feel that S.Raina will be the supa star of this test with bat i hope so

Over reaction anyone. The first day of a rain affected morning where the pitch has a lot to offer to the seamers. It could happen to any batting side in the world. Even the Aussies who are bred on such pitches were in a spot of bother on that Perth wicket in the morning.

Too early to be writing these guys off.
