COLLYMORE CONTINUES HIS BEST FORM!!!

In the second over, Ganguly was at the strikers end and Collymore was the bowler. Collymore was already in good form due to the previous match..So Lara kept bit more attacking fielding to Ganguly & wanted his bowler to tempt Ganguly...

First Ball :- Collymore started the first ball straight away targeting the uneven bouncy spots.... Sourav managed to play a defensive shot.

Second Ball :- collymore tried an short pitched delivery attacking Ganguly's ribcage..infact its Ganguly's weakness to play at these deliveries!!! Luckily he survived & managed to play a backfoot stroke.

Third Ball :- Attempted yorker and Ganguly again went to a defensive shot... Sachin immediately had few words with Sourav to be careful.

SOURAV ---- Out For Big '0'

Collymore delivered a superb delivery that was swinging into Ganguly.. Ganguly though went only for a backfoot stroke, the ball, due to the unoredictable movement, manged to decieve the bat and hit the stumps..Ganguly was clean bowled... Collymore was excited and also the Windies team was also excited.....

Collymore again has initiated the early damage...& it seems he is going to hold the key in bowling department in this match also...

ANIMATED ACTION REPLAY!!!

Well, Ganguly was given chance after a very long time in opening slot but failed.... this will surely make selectors to think of their selection....

Sehwag is the new batsman replacing Sourav at the crease and joins Sachin. He played last two balls without any risk and that over ended as an amazing maiden wicket over for Collymore.

Amazing start for Collymore's spell!!! :hpraise

Ind : 6/1 ( 2 Overs )

Sachin : 6*
Sehwag : 0*

Collymore : 1/0

SACHIN DISPLAYS HIS MASTER CLASS!!!

After Sehwag came to the crease, Lara was still more attacking to utilise the advantage of the early wicket. But Sachin continued the same confident form he had in the first over. Sachin doesnt seem to be in pressure becos of the early wicket. Also he was trying to accelerate the scorecard everyball he faced.

Windies Bowlers Finding Difficult To Keep This Man Silent!!!

saccontrolnz7.jpg

Lawson though much improved from his first over, he wasnt that effective against Sachin. Master was finding easy to play against Lawson... But Colymore was bowling extremely well at the other end. He was utilising the medium pace and the low bounce effectively. Lawson was bowling little quicker than this partner and as a result the ball seemed to come to bat as expected of Lawson's bowling. Tendulkar almost hit Lawson everywhere in the ground.

SEHWAG's UnUsual Start

sehwaggh3.jpg

While Sachin was 90% on strike against Lawson, Sehwag was also in similar situation of keeping strike against Collymore... But the thing is Sehwag was actually struggling to play against Collymore. At the same time he was very conscious not to throw away his wicket... So far, Sehwag has given a good support for the Master though his own scoring rate looked like a Unusual Sehwag style of batting. Only good thing that Sehwag contributed in this partnership is the support for Master which Hussey did not have in previous match. Everyone (Indian Fans) in the stadium is expecting Sehwag to join the party with Sachin in providing entertainment!!!

BANKS VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED!!!

sacvsbanksqb0.jpg

Lara brought Banks tooo early into attack as lawson was not that comfortable. Sachin was at the strikers end. Banks was more disappointed than Lawson.

First ball :- Banks bowled a normal offbreak and Sachin trying to cut the delivery was completely decieved. Banks gave a sarcastic smile towards Sachin and stared at him.

Second ball :- That stare provided disastrous result in next few balls... Banks definitely wont forget that atleast in this match.

The Second ball was similar one... sachin swept that one to a huge six... Sachin after hitting that delivery nodded his head in his style... & was ready to face the next ball.... At the same time Banks was
disappointed with that six... Lara had some chat with the bowler.

Third ball :- Banks bowled a straight delivery this time and Sachin once again went over the delivery hitting a huge six on legside.... The ball almost went out of the stadium.. Once again Sachin nodded in his style after hitting... What a reply given by Sachin to Banks's stare!!!

Fourth ball :- Banks bowled a normal delivery... Sachin stepped down the crease and once again went for the big hit... This time it went for the four after ball travelling in air for some time...Banks was totally confused... Lara was also disappointed.. Now Indian Fans are roaring Sachin's name with great joy!!!

Fifth ball :- Sachin try to sweep the delivery and it fetched him two runs.... Also running between the wickets was good.... Banks was bit relieved for not giving a boundary...

Sixth ball :- Sachin took single and that brought end to an great over for India...

BANKS's OVER----SPIDER GRAPH

spiderwz7.jpg

That over of Banks accelerated the scoring rate of India to some extent... Banks bowled a good second over as Sehwag was on strike that time.. The second over of Banks brought the end of ten overs... India managed to finish the first ten overs with a scoring rate of 4.9/over.

India : 49/1 ( 10 Overs )

Sachin : 37* (31) 3 Fours 3 Sixes
Sehwag : 10* (26)

Collymore : 4O 1M 7R 1W

good presentation India playing well .... The master is still there ......But why Lara gave the ball to Banks so early in the innings.

A good start for the Indians I would say.All they need to do now is to convert this good start into a solid total.Sachin must stick in there at least till the 45th over.

Collymore and Banks were the only bowlers who outsmarted in previous match.... Collymore already having a great spell... So lara might have thought the same thing with Banks also :)

yeah...sachin steadied the ship a bit but it's still even stevens...

Collymore has been excellent in this CUP. But Sehwag needs to improve his strike rate as this is not what he is known for afterall. We need some fireworks from Sehwag also :happy.

INDIA IN TROUBLE

Sachin seems to be comfortable in one end but Sehwag was found struggling a lot with the foot work.. Lara concentrated on Sehwag more than Sachin and attacked him with more pressure.Collymore, who was bowling the excellent spell was stopped and Bravo continued from the end where collymore was bowling. Bravo and Banks carried on the bowling attack. Banks came back in excellent manner after the terrible first spell.

SEHWAG --- First Victim of Banks

sehwagwktmc8.jpg

Banks was bowling to Sehwag. He was tempting Sehwag with slow deliveries... In one such delivery, Sehwag attempted an sweep shot with more power.... The ball unfortunately was able to find only the top edge and it was in air for some time.... Though the wicket keeper Ramdin could have taken it, the slip fielder shouted "mine" and came running in the line of ball and at the end it resulted in the simple catch.

Bank was excited and jumping with joy.... The same joy was filled with entire windies team especially Lara. Sehwag was frustrated a lot as he had spent the enough time at the crease... He was expected to continue smoothly as he stayed for long time.... But this careless mistimed sweep shot brought worries to entire Indian Fans. Sachin was also upset as he definitely know that Sehwag has the capability of accelerating the scorecared anytime... But its all over and Sehwag returned to pavilion and Indian Skipper Dravid came to the crease.

WINDIES MISSED THE GOLDEN CHANCES...

droppedgb0.jpg

Well there is a comon saying in cricket that " Catches Win Matches "!!! Windies missed Three Catches of Sachin Tendulkar. Lara knows how importanat those are to his team..

First Catch Dropped :- Tendulkar was also tempted by the slow delivery of Banks.. He attempted to go for a huge one but it also got the top edge and found the Fielder, Lawson but he slightly lost the concentration and he missed the line of the ball and so the catch was also missed. Lawson missed the first golden chance.

Second Catch Dropped :- Sachin in attempting to go for a cover drive against Banks, got an edge and the ball carried to wicket keeper but Ramdin missed it... Second Golden chance missed!!!

Third Catch Dropped :- This time Bravo was the bowler. Sachin tried to hit hard in the offside but mistimed and ball was in the air for some time... Gayle made a superb leap in front but was not able to catch it... Missed the Third Golden Chance!!!

Lara was frustrated now with his fielders but still he didnt loose any hopes and was still encouraging the bowler and his team.

DRAVID ----- Second Victim of Banks!!!

dravidwicketno4.jpg

Dravid was also little uncomfortable at other end... Banks was bowling to Dravid.. He bowled a slow straight delivery which Dravid went for backfoot stroke but unfortunately the ball didnt rise to the level Dravid expected... As a result the ball struck the pads of Dravid.....

There was a huge shout from the bowler and Ramdin... Only doubt that umpire had was the line of ball where it pitched....After taking some time, Umpire raised his hand to give Dravid Out!!! This was a huge blow as the main wall departed.

Banks once again was jumping with joy... What a return for Banks after the terrible first spell... He took two crucial wickets and almost had sachin also....

DRAVID's LBW

hwkeyexc6.jpg

The Hawkeye showed that ball was just inside the line and so it was a great decision by Umpire. Windies at the moment have gained the upperhand over India though there is a long way to go... Banks and Collymore have impressed once again in this series. Windies Fans are excited now with music all over!!!

SACHIN's HALF CENTURY

fiftyto8.jpg

Inspite of the wickets and the chances, Sachin was very clear in accelerating the score card and there were no brakes applied to sachin.... He was able to find himself comfortable in scorin runs and reached fifty with the single in straight after hitting a four against Bravo.

There was little joy only among Indian dressing room as the wickets column was not that great at the moment for Indians. But still Sachin holds the main Key for India.... Yuvraj Singh and sachin Tendulkar were at the crease at the end of 16 overs.

India : 74/3 (16 Overs )

Tendulkar : 51* (45)
Yuvraj : 4*(4)

Dravid : 2(10) Dismissed by Banks
Sehwag : 13(34) Dismissed By Banks

Banks : 5O 0M 30 R 2W

The Indians must play cautiously while facing Banks.Sachin has to be there till the end if India wants to set a good total.

This is pretty much even...anything can happen...

P.S surendar mate how do you do the tape thing???please reply...
