R.S : Welcome back to the presentation ceremony of the third match between India and Australia where at the end, it looked completely like an one sided game finished in favour of Aussies! But overall, we had a good cricket!

R.S : To start up with our presentation, we first like to call the loosing captain, Rahul Dravid.... Can u please come up to the stage please!

R.S : Well Rahul, tough luck today! Whats ur general thoughts on this match?

Well, We had a tough game today especially with our bowlers! Also Ponting n Martyn played well! We got initial break throughs but failed to pick wickets at regular intervals and that let us down in this game!

R.S : What about ur batting lineup, they succeeded earlier but failed later?

Yeah its very unfortunate that We were not able to convert the good start provided by Viru and Sachin to a good end! Yuvraj seemed to be promising but he failed after a good start! We shd have tried more to get some huge score on the board as 230+ is a chasable score in ODIs! We have to work more on batting as well as bowling and we are trying to learn from the mistakes everytime we make it!

R.S : Already two games down for u now and so any changes in the next game?

The remaining two games are going to be more important to us..Also they are never going to be easy too... We have to discuss as a team and sort out our mistakes! We will try our level best and lets see what happens!

R.S : So whats ur thought about this wicket as it seems that u enjoyed batting very much

Yeah the wicket was not that bad compared to previous games.. the ball was little bit coming nicely to bat.. So had fun in batting Also Marto provided me a great support at other end! Totally happy that we batted second in this wicket!

R.S : And on your team's performance in bowling?

Wel, we had initial trouble with Indian openers but after they departed, everything seemed to be in control! Symonds n Bracky did a fine job of sharing seven wickets that helped us a lot in restricting below 250!

R.S : Here is the question everyone wanted to know , Australia inspite of getting onto the bad start while bowling generally has the habit of coming back well in the final overs... and ths happened a lot of times.. how do you manage that ?

Thats our Team secret!!! Basically our bowlers just try to get the basics right and we get good result from it!

R.S : So you have one game now and atm Australia is at the second position in the table at the end of Round 1! Any expectations of Round2 to be in the finals?

We like to top the table in Round2

Lets see as Rahul said, its not going to be an easy game .. Hope we continue our good form!

* This should be a good match, especially after Tendulkar's last match.
* straight drive of Tendulker's is magical
* Losing Sachin is a huge blow but nonetheless 'The Wall' is in and I predict him to make a 50/high 80s
* shame India lost Yuvi after a good start but as I said Dravid is proving that he can score in any conditions.
* Great batting by India from the position they were in, if Dravid can concentrate on his side's fielding now, they will have a great chance!
* Ponting looking strong, the bowling change should have been made much earlier as now I think it will be hard to stop Ponting.
* Aussies will win this with overs to spare, if Martyns carrys on his destrutive innings and Ponting keeps his head, Aussies will win quite easily.

Welcome to the StarSports for the preview of the Fourth Match between WestIndies and Australia in the DLF cup!

Well, WestIndies are looking strong in this tournament with two consecutive victories! The bowlers are also in great touch as well as the batsmen! In both the matches, WestIndies never seemed to give up whatever the situation may be!

* In the first match, WI Vs Aussies, Hussey was blundering the bowlers but still Windies were able to get the close victory!
* In the Second match,WI Vs India, well Windies faced troble from Tendulkar but came back very well in the later part of the game that was well enough to take Windies to victory inspite of Rain!
* In the third match Ponting and Martyn both threatened the bowlers and Aussies seem to be again in Great form!

Also Windies Skipper Brian Lara spoke to the media,

:- Well, our players have played well so far in this tournament and so hoping to continue the same form and bring some good for the team! Looking at Aussies victory over Indians, well the conditions of the wicket seemed to be improved and so there might be a challenging cricket in this match! Our boys have been working hard and so we will try our level best and have to see what happens at the end!

Also Australian Skipper, Ricky Ponting spoke to the media,

:- Our Team has regained lots of confidence after our last victory! We are also happy with the wicket atm and its good that no rain interrupted for last few days which was the main reason for the wicket to improve! WestIndies is also fine touch in this series...So its never going to be easy to win without a battle! Well there are players like McGrath,Lee and Gilchrist waiting to come back with a great performance! Its a big chance for them as the pitch has improved! Moreover its important match for us to win to stay safe in this tournament! So we are hoping to continue the good performance like last match!


So both captains seems to continue the same good form and wanted to win this match but there can be only one winner! Who is going to win this....? Well we have to wait and see who wins! Also some good news that the pitch has improved..so might expect some great scores from both the teams that might lead to the close battle!

With no interruption of rain, the players of both the teams are found practicing hard for the next match!

Also, Lara and Clive Lloyd were found in the nets with some serious discussion taking place! Well those might be related to the team's strategy! If Windies win this match, they are into the finals without any doubts!

Aussies were also found practicing with lots of involvement! They were having catch practice, throw practice and some players were found doing exercises also! Aussie Coach was found spending more time with the players training them!

Fourth Match, DLF Cup --- Australia Vs WestIndies

Welcome to the Fourth match of this DLF cup between WestIndies and Australia and the good news is that for last two days, sun shine is good and hence more crowd resulting today.... & we will straight away join the pitch and Weather Report!

Weather report

Well the Weather here is absolutely perfect with bright sunshine and we are expecting full day's play without any doubts! Also the atmosphere here is great though noisy but looks like a perfect one to play cricket! Sunshine is the good news for all Cricket Fans here!

Pitch report

The pitch here is well improved becos of no rains for nearly one week and the pitch looks ideal for good cricket! The ball is likely to get good pace and bounce that most of the Australian players like! At the same nice the ball will come on to the bat nicely! The bowlers like Lee might be more tough to face in this pitch and bowlers will be liking this pitch slightly more than batsman! But the medium pacers have to be careful with the line... Bad line can be easily punished as the ball is likely to come nicely on to the bat!

Also Conditions in the second innings might favour the batsman than the fresh wicket now! So Any team winning the toss will likely be hungry to bowl the opposition out
