INDIA IN COMMANDING POSITION!​

Well, India played superbly through out the 50 overs... Infact It was Sachin who played the entire 50 overs and took India to the great position! Sachin almost took single handedly to such a high score! Dravid, who was trying to give strikes to Sachin, departed early by Hinds!

Indian Skipper Returns To Pavilion!

Lara allowed Hinds to operate from one end thinking in mind that the medium deliveries might trick the batsmen and it also worked against Dravid!

Hinds bowled an delivery with ordinary medium pace trying to move the bowl slightly away from the batsman and Dravid edged to the keeper while attempting to play it on offside & Ramdin once again took an magnificent catch!

Well, Dravid is one of the batsmen having the great capacity to rotate strikes but loosing him in ths stage disappointed Indian dressing room a bit! Yuvraj Singh joined Tendulkar but Yuvi also soon joined Dravid in the dressing room!

Yuvraj Dismissed By Hinds!

Hinds once again striked because of his slow pace! He bowled an tempting delivery that forced Yuvi's mind to go for it.. & Yuvi tried for a huge one but it unfortunately didnt get much distance and found the fielder, Edwards there! Edwards took an comfortable catch and Yuvi returned to pavilion with disappointed face! Dhoni was the new batsmen replacing Yuvi at the crease!

Atlast Dhoni Gave A Sloid Support Till The End!

With Sachin in fine touch at one end, India needed someone to support at other end! But inspite of the wickets falling, Sachin was doing his role perfectly of accelerating the scorecard!

Dhoni though aggressive in genral, changed to defensive mode and played well too till the end! Dhoni was giving strikes to Tendulkar as much as possible and he infact got only two boundaries of One Six and One Four which is an unusual Dhoni style of batting especially after settling in!

Did the magic for India to set High Target​

Sachin Tendulkar played an Champion Innings and he was not even troubled by the bowler even once!

But instead he troubled the entire Windies team,

* He troubled the fielders by making them to run behind the ball
* He troubled the bowlers in making them to think n confuse as where to bowl the next delivery
* He troubled Lara in making him to think a lots to adjust his field settings!

Sachin dominated throughout the fifty overs and was as usual, he moved his feet very well while hitting the ball everywhere! Sachin played some beautiful shots that includes the flat six, sweep shots, leg Glances etc! He got some flat sixes and some nice boundaries!

Sachin stayed till the end playing some amazing shots and took India to set the high target of 292! Also Dhoni remained unbeaten along with Tendulkar!

So after a long time, Indian team performed well in batting! Sachin remained unbeaten on 179 and walked proudly to the dressing room after 50 overs! What an innings this has been by this little champion! :hpraise

Yeah...actually not much support in other end for Sachin! As India is playin with five specialist bowlers -- Pathan, Munaf, Sree,Bhaji n Powar, hope they all do well!

Indian Bowlers In Control!​

well, both the Windies openers, Gayle and Chanderpaul were ready to face the opening bowlers Pathan and Sreesanth(this time)! Windies fans had hopes on Windies as they just got 280 in last game! So they expected Windies openrs to start off aggressively but Indian bowlers ( Munaf,Pathan & Sreesanth ) did an fantastic job outsmarting the batsmen! Sreesanth and Pathan started their first spell and both the openers were taking singles and doubles and boundaries seemed very hard to come! It was at this time, Pathan striked with the important break through!

Chanderpaul, An Unnecessary shot to Get Out!

Pathan bowled an ordinary straight delivery but Chanderpaul was on to the shot tooo early and attempted for an big one! This resulted in complete miss of the ball and it managed to hit the stumps and ended in clean bowled!

This was a huge blow for Windies as Chanderpaul was in good touch in this series and the entire Indian team got excited a lot and celebrated this wicket with huge joy and happiness! Brian Lara, The dangerman arrived at crease!

Sreesanth ~ Bowled with good line,pace and bounce!

With Pathan getting a breakthrough, Sreesanth in other end supported Pathan very well! He delivered some good bouncers and seemed very threatening the batsmen to protect their ribcage as both Lara n Gayle got hurt in ribcage by Sreesanth!

Sreesanth delivered some excellent deliveries that just teased the batsmen to play and miss! He provided an ideal support to his bowling partner Pathan who was also doing well in other end! Windies were waiting for the opportunity to fire and were going in a steady rate without frequent boundaries!

Dravid stopped Pathan and brought Munaf Patel in that end and this change turned the major direction of the game towards India!

Gayle Departed To Munaf!

Munaf started off well by bowling a strict line and making it tough for the batsmen to play! In one of his deliveries, Gayle just went to play a backfoot defensive stroke but the ball got an edge and went towards the keeper and Dhoni took the comfortable and easy catch sending Gayle to Pavilion!

Gayle cannot believe that he got an edge in that and starred at the bat for some time and returned to pavilion with more disappointments! This is another huge wicket for India and Munaf was happy to strike in his first over!

Lara after Some ressistance, dismissed in Unfortunate Way!​

Once Again, Munaf was the bowler! He bowled a quick bouncer and Lara trying to pull it away missed the ball and as the result it struck Lara's ribcage! Lara is getting hurt for second time but this time the result was disappointing for Lara! The ball after hitting Lara's ribcage, was traveling backwards towards the stumps! Lara, who was suffering from pain was completely unaware that ball was moving towards the stumps and ball with very very slow speed, it only managed to took the bails off!

Another Unfortunate in this Match for Lara in getting dismissed! Even Munaf and Keeper didnt notice that the ball was moving towards the stumps! Suddenly Dhoni was shouting from behind & then only everyone came to know that ball took the bails off!

Lara's wicket is like loosing a backbone for Windies and they lost it in a unfortunate way! Luck favoured Indians at that moment!

Bravo,Happy to Join Duck's Club!

Bravo returned to the pavilion with the same speed he came from dressing room Munaf Patel once again striked, for third time & got rid for Bravo without scoring!

It was a beautiful delivery ( similar to line McGrath bowls ) and Bravo played an silly shot that got a clean edge and the ball carried towards the keeper! Dhoni made an amazing dive towards his right ( like Gilli...lol Indians doing like Aussies- Mcgrath like delivery and caught like Gilli ) and managed to hold the ball in his hands!

It was an amazing catch to dismiss Bravo and it was third wicket for Munaf! Munaf was extremely delighted and so the team also! The entire team was celebrating with huge joy as they got four crucial wickets and looking to be in a right path in this match!

Still the spinners are yet to start their spells and 20 Overs ended with Windies struggling at the moment!
