With Hayden and Ponting expecting to fire till the end, Harbhajan singh brought a break through atlast by dismissing Hayden! Dravid brought the timely change of bringing Harbhajan into attack becos Bhaji was only bowler to be economical!

Hayden ~ 2nd Victim of Harbhajan!

Harbhajan bowled an normal offbreak & Hayden went wild over the delivery by hitting that aggressively! Everyone expected it to be six but unfortunately, the ball managed to land in the hands of fielder, Munaf near the bounday! Munaf was standing very close to ropes and somehow managed to get the balance while catching taking care of his feet not touching the ropes!

Hayden cannot believe this as he was also expecting it to be a six! But its all over! Wonderful innings coming to an end in unfortunate way! Hayden, while going back to the pavilion, got standing applauses from the crowd and he proudly walked back to the pavilion with wonderful comeback century! Well done Hayden...

Hussey, Returned as soon as he Came!

Hussey was the new batsman arrived and all Aussies needed from him is to give strike to his skipper who was going greatly in other end!

Hussey but tried to be aggressive in the very first ball! He just tried to go over the top in the very first ball bowled by Harbhajan singh and was completely decieved by his offbreak and missed the line completely... As a result,the ball struck the stumps and was a clean bowled!

Harbhajan was excited to get two wickets successively and infact it was the last over ( 10th ) for him! Hussey with disappointed face made his way to pavilion! Martyn came to the crease and faced the hat trick ball... Marto played an defensive stroke and got four in his next ball by a wonderful back foot shot!

Ponting is still there batting aggressively! So still its difficult for Indians to restrict Aussies below 300 inspite of the two quick wickets! Moreover Harbhajan,who was the only bowler to threaten to some extent, also finished his 10 Over spell!

Its Ramesh Powar Unfortunately he is not looking like original one! Its similar to ur Lewis prbs i guess... Well, with last seven overs remaining, Dravid wanted the main strike bowlers Patahn,Munaf and Sreesanth to operate till the end of 50 overs! Dravid wanted to try Sehwag or Tendulkar but he doesnt want to risk in last moment! So he was contented initially to decided to continue the last few overs with three frontline bowlers! But Ponting and Martyn made the bowlers to struggle like anything!

Ponting's Century ~ A Responsible Skipper Knock!

Ponting continued his brilliant form and finally reached the century! This was the second century of the innings and crowd gave him the standing applauses like they gave to Hayden! Even everyone from Aussie dressing room applauded Ponting for playing a responsible Skipper knock! What an innings this has been... Well done Ponting

But after Ponting reaching century, most of the entertainment was provided by Martyn!

Martyn & Ponting ~ Yet Again Unbreakable Pair!

Martyn went over the bowling blindly & aggressively that fetched him more boundaries! Ponting who was dominating was contented to give strike to Martyn! Martyn in turn went over the ball no matter where it pitched... His intension of getting boundaries was very clear!

The ball was flying everywhere all around the ground & fielders running behind it! Munaf and Pathan were really confused where to pitch the ball... They must have thought to pitch the ball somewhere outside the pitch to prevent Martyn from going over it

Martyn was using his feet very well and this pair ( Martyn & Ponting ) again looked to be unbreakable pair for India! Sreesanth was also operated but he gave away three boundaries in the same over!

50 Overs came to an end and there was an excellent entertainment provided at the end by Martyn and Ponting remained unbeaten on 110! And Martyn got a quick 45 from just 25 balls! Also this pair took Aussies to a super score of 343 which is going to be a extremely tough task for Indians!

Ponting and Hayden making the same score, and only Hussey not getting among the runs. India need Sachin, Dravid and the likes of Dhoni to bat well if they stand any chance of getting near the total set by the world champs.

Good batting by the Aussies. Shame Hussey was the only one not to cash in on the bad bowling . India are going to have to bat out of their skin if they want to win this one.

well just compare the form of South Africans and Indians .....no way i cam sense Indian victory here ...they collapse when they see a huge total
