Interactive Replay "Sneak Peek"- Don Bradman Cricket 14

Awesome, awesome stuff MikeM n Ross! Saw the video only now.
Hoping the 'hotspot' is included as a filter in the instant replays, that'd make it even better. More like hitting the perfect on drive and then checking out the replay in hotspot filter to see how good you middled it.

At work, no time to read all 8 pages...

question to the video creator, was the shot played to the spinner deliberately played so early? presuming it was as he has played the shot when the ball pitches.

Yes.

Man...this really looks like a dream game! Love how only one bail flows up in the air since the ball hits the egde of the off stump in that runout.

I prefer the keepers reaction, he knows it's out before anyone else. He gets it.

One wicket closer to cake...

The spinner bowls well before the crease..Was he made to do that deliberately for the video as they have said earlier the bowling well before the crease will not get you an effective delivery??:)

Mikeymerren: Can you reply for this??:)

I love this video, and can you give another video about fielding in the deep. Please Ross..... You are the best

Wait doesn't the rule state that both the bails must be dislodged for the batsman to be out?

No. The wicket is "broken" in all circumstances when 1 bail is off. In the event of overthrows etc, if one bail remains then the wicket can be broken again by removing that. If both are off, it can be broken again by having no stump left in.

If you don't have a wicket by then, you're right out of luck. :-)
