India 'B' v Pakistan 'B' at Bangalore, 1st Unofficial ODI (50 overs), 1978
Pitch: 88 (7) Uneven bounce
Weather: (7) Heavy Cloud
Despite the best efforts of Lamba and Yashpal, the India 'B' chase petered out due mainly to some fine bowling by offspinner Mohammad Nazir.
Nazir claimed 5-35 in an excellent performance, stifling the batsmen as they attempted to hit out in the final overs.
The Indians needed 77 from their final 10 overs with 8 wickets in hand and Yashpal and Lamba well set, but could manage only 48 for the loss of 6 wickets in a disappointing effort.
